Bonus points have been credited to the winners of the Banzai comp, congrats!
#1 - SwedishFin (€36.15 ticket value)
#2 - Sawyer (€24.84)
#3 - Remk_95 (€24.82)
What's the opinion on NLO Banzai? There's been no promotion running to support the game and traffic isn't amazing but I'm wondering if people feel this game is a positive addition?

Players who are experiencing this bug - do you ever use the hand replayer, and if so how often? We think it might be linked to that but still struggling to reproduce.

Email sent. Didn't get any reply. Nothing on the community forums as well. It's been almost two weeks with very little communication.
Got the 2nd email you sent, thanks for that. Have forwarded on to devs, will let you know as soon as they reply.

I have about 100 euros in UO tickets. Would you be able to extend them so I can use them for the Bucharest qualifiers please? Thanks.

It's not so much about players busting their rolls too quickly, more to stop regs spotting weaker players too quickly. This area was a big topic of conversation in the workshop we had this week (more at bottom of post).

Can you give a bit more detail, which phone you're using, what happens exactly? Obvious question but do you have latest version of the app?

However in the tournament lobby there were only 8 names visible. This way it was very unclear were the €5 bubble actually was and if it had already burst. I won the tournament (Brag), so I am not harmed in this case, but it was very weird and I couldnt fix it by going back to the main lobby and then back to the SE5 lobby. https://gyazo.com/0fc73dc014aeb61eb6f3f43961d4051e
Also, I think this hand might be a good candidate for the bad beat competition: https://gyazo.com/281b250650b605f0408c7ca496a1042e
Losing this hand against quads hurts, but it hurts even more when it is against a sunhotrunning ambassador ;-)
FWIW I busted 2 tickets immediately but got my other one up to €24ish
Thanks, will pass on the report. Apologies on behalf of David V, ambassadors should never run that well.

I hadn't heard about this before, will check to see if it's been raised before. Doesn't sound like a huge one but annoying nonetheless.
In other news, we spent three days together as a team this week (we're spread over three countries so it's rare) and spent a lot of time talking about where we're at as a poker site and what we should be aiming to do over the coming years.
We started out three years ago with quite a simple but important vision - to create a level playing field and a playing environment in which new players are encouraged to stick with the game. That should be the basic duty of any poker site. I feel that we achieved that and in the process helped to shift the industry paradigm somewhat - for that we should be proud, as should the players who have helped to build this from the ground up. Now we need to reach for the next level, which is establishing ourselves as one of the larger poker operators.
We benefit massively from being a team who aren't under pressure to grow revenue quarter on quarter. We're given the freedom to stay true to our beliefs and the happy coincidence is that the site then grows quarter on quarter (who would have thunk it). I think if you look around at other sites there is most likely a desire to do the right thing but short-term profit ultimately dictates the big decisions and you end up with a mix of positive features and negative changes. And yes, a move back to direct rakeback is a negative change regardless of how it effects a grinder's profits in the short term.
I hope that the industry grows in the right way over the coming years and that we help to shape that. However, Unibet Poker is our baby and we selfishly (and quite rightly) want our baby to achieve great things while that happens. I believe that we've now set ourselves a roadmap which will allow us to grow in a healthy way and not at the detriment of the wider industry. At the turn of the year I expected that other sites would do the same but looking at recent loyalty program changes it seems that the bottom line has won out yet again. This is good for us as it allows us breathing room to develop patiently. However, it sucks for all players in the short term as it's going to negatively impact casual players yet again, for different reasons depending on which site and playerpool you're looking at.
Our roadmap still has to be finalised with the developers, which will happen at the end of this month. I can't share what's on it exactly as I'm not willing to give other sites that info. However, what I can share is that we're aiming for three major changes over the coming 6-12 months, the first of which will be an MTT revamp in October. Alongside that will be a lot of usability improvements and perfecting/tweaking of features which we already have. Fraud and player safety is going to be a huge area of focus - there's no point in trying to build a big house if the foundation is not rock solid and fairness in our games is a core belief which we absolutely won't move away from. Transparency is also hugely important and in my role here I'll be doing what I can to put pressure on other operators to match that level of honesty and openness with players.
As if to make my point for me, as I write this I can see an advert on the right hand side of my page advertising seating scripts (it doesn't work on Unibet of course). We've come a long way but there's still much work ahead
