Why does challenge points counter show 0 (ZERO!) despite the challenges for the last period has been completed automatically and points awarded accordingly

Also in the last quarter if you had had e.g. 114 000 points during the quarter and the thresholds were 100 000 and the next one 125 000 you would have started the new quarter with 14000 points which was fair as they were transferred instead of anihilated!

That sounds right. I was a few hundred points under a cash reward, and got it next time I logged in.

I agree with Sir Mario that it would be better if the rolled over - Andrew, I know this would cost money and sounds like yet another "idea" from 2p2 that involves a transfer of value from Unibet to the players, so take the money from elsewhere if you want, but it 's not a good user experience to have points "expire".

At 23:59 (or whenever it is) on the last day of Q1 all your partially completed challenges are turned into points so that's why you get the notifications Then at 00:00 day 1 of Q2 your points are reset for the second quarter which is why it shows you 0 now.

It's always been like this so I'm confused why everyone is surprised by this happening

I think over 1 million points you get some rollover in a new quarter.

After 3 reinstallation i was able to log in on PC. My wife have brand new pc with
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K, 4.0GHz, 8MB, BOX (BX80662I76700K)
GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 1070 GameRock 8GB GDDR5 (256 bit) 3x DP, HDMI, DVI (NE51070T15P2G)
and after downloading client i'm still unable to log in, screenshot looks exactly the same.
I play HU SNG's and 99% of freezes are when the new game begin.
Had 1 freez on friday when i needed to restart my PC to be able to log in again (lost in meantime 1 buy in + 3 last week).

I think it's fairly common in the industry for loyalty points to not be carried over into new time periods (and I was obviously aware that Unibet points get reset at the end of the quarter), although it always feels a bit like a rake grab. The bigger issue with Unibet's model is that I think it might affect recreational players more adversely than it does regs/pros. It seems to me that a fun player (like me) is more likely to play a mixture of NLH cash, PLO, Banzai, SNGs and tourneys, whereas regs tend to stick with one format that they grind. If you play multiple formats, then you end up with several incomplete challenges, instead of just one major and one minor, so you effectively lose more of your "rakeback" than a 'specialist' that only has two challenges to clear.
I could be wrong, but I don't recall ever receiving notifications about the points I "missed out on". As I mentioned above, I'd rather not be told that I failed my challenges in Banzai, SNGs and NLH cash, since it allows me to calculate that around 7% of my playing was unrewarded and that leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

99% sure it happened on Jan 1st. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to know that your points have been partially credited. They may be the points you need to clear a threshold for another reward.

I calcute the missing points very generous for the 600 Bonuspoints at 30000Points.
But nothing happened.
So I´m sad.

I have just tried to do 1 of 3 for mission part 2 but for some reason it didn't tick. I will try again when I get chance but there maybe something wrong. Tell me if I am misunderstanding the mission .

Also I have noticed that the floating point chips seem to be back more often since the new update.

The MTT scroll bug has hit me too when I tried to reg a 1e euro SE it regged me for a 5SE. Numerous other instances where I try to open a specific lobby and it opens the wrong one.

There is a delay on the mission registering. It will appear eventually.

Yes, but then it was only cash - we previously got points immediately for Banzai, 5-player SNG and 2-player SNG - this time people are getting almost "spammed" with 6-10 notifications about points which may or may not lead to any actual reward.

Also glad to see there is another chance to play the freerolls next week. Probably a lot of people who have those tickets expiring May 5, that showed no tournament when clicked on, had no idea that today was meant to be the last day.

Might be worth email blasting people with unused tickets this week - obviously it dilutes the value for those of us in the know, but it's not good if less serious players see tickets expire.

Here we go again. Third quarter in a row you cut more or less from challenges and hit mostly small stake grinders once again.
Since I usually land around 1,5m challenge points this means 3k€+/year less "rakeback".
So where is this money pointed to? I hope to promotions which target players you cut mostly from. I guess it would be fine if you cut out rake as well but I assume this hasn't happened.
At the moment it seems to be only greed from your side.
Surely games get softer as well on long run but not enough compared how much you are constantly carving out from regulars backs.

To be honest the future for small stake grinder like me at Unibet doesn't seem to be too bright at the moment.

Seriously though this discussion is overdue. As boring as rake/rb discussions are they probably should be talked about once a year.
I have noticed over the past year a reduction in "easy challenges". I've noticed a reduction in points awarded for the same challenge compared to a year ago.
On the flip side... have the games gotten softer because of this? This is hard to tell... personally I think the games are about the same... but had this money not been spent on marketing/rec promos than perhaps the games would have been harder then they currently are. Lots of intangibles in that point and very few hard metrics to give a conclusive answer.

I can't remember of trying that, might try it if it happens again.

The april mission part 2 is not updating at the spot when you reach 3 showdowns, but a lot later.

Also, the timebank icon is still appearing over my alias when someone else is timebanking when I am also involved in the hand.

Also I think I can say for sure that my CPU usage and CPU lag got worse a lot in this update.

I am sad to say this, because the update end of February did a lot of good things, but this update did not do very good overall for me, except improving the tournament lobby and the client not stealing focus when I am typing anymore.

There's a bug in 5 man STT, at random times when you go all in it leaves .50 chips. Happened to me a few times and seen it happen to other players as well

It's a universal bug, not just for SNGs. It'll happen whenever there is a chopped pot and .50 or less of a chip is given out. It was eliminated in a previous release but has made a return with this one

It's probably not worth pushing a hotfix for so we'll just have to wait until May.

The Unibet Open happening in September will be a special edition. The value of the package on step 1,250,000 will actually be €3,300. Unfortunately it's not showing in the client at the moment and pages are not updated...

Until 9th May, players will be able to exchange this special €3,300 package for a €2,000 UO Copenhagen package and 130,000 (€1,300) in Bonus Points. From 10th May, it will a special edition €3,300 package.

We cut down step 900,000; 1,000,000; 1,500,000 and 1,750,000 a bit to compensate but we'll still give away more overall.

Unfortunately, we can't tell you more about the Special Edition yet.

Hi, I haven't got a clue what I am doing wrong but I just cannot get the desktop client to work. Unistalled/Installed 5 times now, changed the installation directory and that didn't work.

I am running windows 10 64 bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

They blocked my account 1 YEAR ago!!! and didnt give me any answer why has it been blocked. They dont want to pay me my money(7000$). I've been playing poker professionally for 7 years and never had any problems with other poker sites.

No-one else having trouble with the mac client? I've tried everything on my side (updating all software etc) but it still insta-crashes on opening it up, I don't even get a chance to log in. It had been completely stable for me for months before the last update so it's pretty frustrating.
