Can't log in.

After I input my player name and password I get a "Connection time ..." message or a bit of delay before a visit from either the black or white box of doom

I got this message from support once or twice also, although I hadnt used the ticket before. Sometimes support is not fully aware of the rules and if you try it again, it will probably be exchanged.

I am using .com, can open https://www.unibetcommunity.com/ , but when I try to open unibet.com connection timed out. And I can not log in at all, yesterday I have no issues at all.
May be my ISP is doing $hits.

If you open a command prompt and type 'tracert www.unibet.com' it'll quickly tell you if there is a routing problem.

I can open .com from here so it sounds like a local issue.

Thanks. It still looks a lot like there're computers experiencing CPU lag that should not be. I think a lot of crashes are probably down to CPU lag too.

It was like this because originally we wanted to do a lot of ticket discounting in promos. This is something I'm still interested in doing, but it's not super urgent, so I also prefer simplifying it.

The bonus shop kind of sucks at the moment. The idea is fine, but it looks a bit crap, and has a lot of UI problems.

I have a service desk text message at the same time, saying that the Maltese office had connectivity problems, so I imagine there were problems in the area at the time that were stopping some logins. I assume it's OK for you both now?

You can add the .com challenges page still not being updated to your annoyance

Didn't have any issues after the 12 CET blip, not tried today.

I think that is my ISP blocking issue, because I can not even open unibet.com, but I am able to reach all others domains like .ru, .ro ...
I have tried now other ISP, but no luck, same blocking. In the past (year or so) I have same issues, but magically disappeared after a month or so and I was able to play again.
May I use some sort of vpn service, which servers are based in my own country until I resolve the problem ? For example let's say I am living in Romania and use romanian vpn server to log in in site and poker client, would it be a problem ? May I try that variant ?

The hotfix is out shortly. It fixes:

1. Runtime error
2. EN only banners
3. Needing balance > max buyin on ticket
4. Prize drop status

VPN: I'm afraid this is a site-wide thing, so I don't know. It'd definitely be worth testing to see if you can login, as it helps us narrow down what the problem us.

Do we have anyone else from Bulgaria who is having login problems?

Not sure if it was mentioned before but this bug exists for a long time. If you get logged out due to inactivity (you just leave client open) you get log in screen but it wont log you back in. You have to exit the client and reopen it.

Like some others have mentioned I also been experiencing a freeze regularly after 20 minutes or so into a session.
Usually after restarting it's okay for the next 1 or 2 hours.

Have been "lucky" to not get frozen while in a big pot, but still something to work on.

Just to let you guys at unibet know:
Since the latest update i have played a 3 hour session without a single crash. Where in the previous version i had crashes every minute after i logged in. It feels great to be able to GRIND ! I hope it can stay this way, TY !

I've tried several paid VPN providers with servers in my own country. With some of them the site is blocked, but I've found one, where the site is not blocked and I was able to log in successfully. So now I am waiting you to confirm, that I am able to play that way, until my ISP resolve this issue.
The problem is that I have a lot of tickets and if I do not play regularly they will expire.

The client has become better on my computer with the release on 31st. Haven't tried it with the dedicated video card, anyone experinced improvements there?

I have a couple of things to mention:

-Last night there seemed to be a lag in the top-up function when playing cash games so sometimes it did not work. Today I have had to close and reopen a new cash table as when the buy-in window came up the slider of the buyin amount, which is set to max by default for me, did not move to maximum, it was staying on zero and I could not join the table. Retrying to join a table was usually successfull but a few minutes ago I had a disconnection and when I logged back in I could not top up my stack at all. I have not had a single crash since 31st, and I mean the "Unibet Poker stopped working"...type. Only disconnetions when I cannot act in the hands but there are no other messages. Logging back works pretty well, though, and these disconnections are few and far between.

-Are you going to work on the table tiling in the future? I still have a gap in Windows 10 and 6 tiled tables on a fullHd screen seem to be a bit too small and could definitly take up more space like 4 do. This latter is a very good layout.

-Still cannot bet when I click fold by mistake, that should be sorted.

-Haven't seen the invisible player issue yet.

-The top-up function can still be improved. It should work exactly the same way as in the old client. Whenever my stack falls below 100bbs, I want to be able send the rebuy command and don't want to wait for the hand to proceed to the next phase (next street or finish)

R.E. tiling, It's a win 10 issue, not a client issue. Other clients do the same thing and there doesn't appear to be a way around it without a 3rd party app.

R.E. fold, There is a thread on the community forum about it, think they're just going to remove fold as an option when you can check a la PS.

Just got a new bug that I haven´t seen before. When getting a table from the wait list, I can´t buy in. The slider is stuck on the left and cannot be moved. Only solution is to close the table and hope nobody else was on the wait list.

The tables should fill the screen completely either horizontally or vertically. 4 tables fill vertically for me at 1920 x 1080.
