Well, it could work, but if I could play 8 tables instead of 4 I would probably be making the same amount of money investig half the time. And it also would not spare me from the ocasional crashes ( every 2 hours on average ) that make me lose money

Unibet is the clear number 2 for STT traffic, isn't it? And if you looked at only short handed turbo STT, unibet is getting pretty close to stars. I wouldn't describe the format as failing on unibet, maybe it's not growing as fast as other formats on unibet because,
1. Unibet already has a big piece of the market.
2. The game format is popular with multitablers and there's issues with the client for a lot of multitablers right now.

Personally I think the structure is absolutely fine as it is.

Will be interesting to see how 5max sng traffic looks once client issues are resolved; e.g. right now I can't sit opensit a €100 sng because I can only play 6 tables on the web browser, game takes long time to fill and I can't afford to wait.

And please, if the February update doesn't fix the issues, increasing the web browser table max would ease the situation.

If 6 tables is enough for you then play in the browser. It's pretty stable.

It doesn't tile the tables though.

Six tables isn't enough, not even close, that's the problem. There's a handful of players that could play comfortably a lot more than that on v1, myself included.

Well to throw my hat in the ring I just came here to request less tables

Just hit NL4 cash tables to quickly get the 'moving on up' promo and that was a worrying standard of play considering Unibets rec-friendly approach for beginners and what those games were like just a year or 2 ago. A lot of tight-aggressive ABC players. Don't get me wrong, totally beatable, but a dull money dump for new players, and imo NL4 and NL10 should be about giving these new players a good experience.

My thoughts are:

1. Do you really need more than 2-4 tabling at these low stakes? As anyone playing more than this would be either crushing, nitting, slowing the games or all 3. And should be moving out of the fish pool.

2. Wouldn't Antes make these games a lot more fun with less nittiness, less crushed newbies.

I wouldn't suggest these points at NL25+ as the pool is smaller, tables break easier, and real poker is a skill game at the end of the day.

I know this won't be a popular opinion here, but I think a good poker model just shouldn't allow regs to camp at micros creaming off a lot of money, taking advantage of the low rake, and not giving new players a decent first experience of poker.

Not a self-hatin reg, just realise the importance of good first experience for players in the game.

-1

Regulars generate so much rake and deserve some respect imo.
Already general loyalty payouts have been cut in order to reward losing players with stuff like double trouble freerolls and what not...

Currently chatting with support.
Damn this woman is so slow, I'm really wondering if she's playing with her ****.

I exclusively play HUSNGs but I mentioned SNGs in general because , in the past , u haven't distinguished between 5max and HU when u had sng promotions. However , if HU is growing really quickly (which I can attest - at least up to the 25E level) how about throwing something for the HU lads ?
Thank you !

RNG is so broken its impossible to play Omaha. I hate stars but the fish protection on this site is 100 times jacked.

This is the only site bar Pokerstars were I really feel I am being cheated as a competent player.

Constant runners paired F/T/R and 1/2 outers,

GG... Unibet roll is withdrawn your RNG refuses to let me beat the fish.

I thought it was more likely to be random spew than collusion, but it's a relief that the team checks out all reports. Thanks for confirming.

****ing stupid idea. Trial by fire and let the strong players survive. Bad players deserve to lose. 2 is an ok idea, but reducing the number of tables more isn't.

Is there anybody in this thread who can play 8-10 tables without ever crashing? Some days I can play 4 hours straight without a single crash, some days I get like 5 in the same time frame.

The post was never meant to be constructive in any way as I don’t really think you can be constructive about it anymore. A feature was promised and as a consumer I have a right to be disappointed. You are right that you probably have higher priorities and while I have already admitted that my post was of little substance I think you have chosen an equally poorly way to respond. The software is a mess – we agree on that – and while it is a huge concern for me I am for sure not to blame for your buggy release, quite the opposite I am one of the victims merely calling you out. I just find it hard to sympathize with you guys since it is us - players - who have to deal with the problem, on top of the buggy software.

Anyway it seems the feature is still planned so there’s that.

This is absolutely correct, but you might not find much support for it here as there aren't that many low stakes players that understand the game at a sufficiently high level.

IIRC Unibet poker team used to understand that, and had it as a principle when they relaunched, which helped get them to where they are.

Hey

Is it possible to get your results from support like that:
Stake-Hands-Profit-Rake-Winrate(bb/100)-Rakerate(bb/100)
I found a picture from Krustytheclowns old 2+2 blog that had them like that.
I got mine like that:

This doesn't matter in the other versions but under tabbing, when a table closes, another table takes the focus and it isn't necessarily the one where you previously were or had pending action.

In other words, it's possible to want to click "raise" on a table A which has the focus, have table B close causing table C come to the front, where there may also be pending action and find you have raised a rubbish hand on table C instead of raising the good hand on table A.

The desired behaviour would be for Table B to just close quietly in the background - if there is some reason why that's difficult, then to have it remember what the previous front table was and bring that one back whenever possible.
It's Win 10 Chrome.

Looking at it some more (new info bolded) I don't know whether or not the closing table actually is grabbing focus, that was just my supposition for why this might be happening, because the behaviour is the same regardless of whether it is the table currently at the front being closed manually or a background table being closed through the Leave next BB feature (it's only a problem in the second case however).

What happens is that whenever a table closes, the table at the far right in the tabbing order gets the focus. To replicate this the developers need to have a different table selected so they see the switch.

in other words: We have tables A B C D open and tabbed in that order. We click "leave next BB" on table B and fold our last hand. Then we are taken to e.g. A if we have action there. Before we act, table B closes and for some reason this brings table D to the front, even though table D might just be an SNG waiting for entrants and we still have pending action on table A.
