About the millions of points for tournament package don't forget micro players please!

It would be nice to have a freeroll for a UO package by gaining a ticket through the challenges. Say at 10000 it would give a ticket to a freeroll for a UO package and there would be one package per x amount of runners.

It would give us micro players a chance to get a package through the challenges.

Good ideas. I think of the Unibet Open as a retention tool, whereas something like the PCA for PokerStars is also an acquisition tool. It'd be good to use it to retain players who aren't just the highest rakers.

This week I'm spending a lot of my time on Q1 Challenges so I'll definitely include this kind of thing.

We have a new client release tomorrow, rather than at the end of the month. Here're the release notes:

- December Mission added for the whole month (Desktop only)
- 4 special Missions running in parallel with December Mission added - keep an eye for an additional mission button (Desktop only)
- 7 new avatars added
- 1 new special avatar added unlockable through Special Missions in December (Desktop only)

- MTT support added for Web client
- Table prioritisation improved so now tables where you have less time to act popup first (Desktop only)
- Running tournament tables now popup instead of Specific Tournament Lobbies when you login (Desktop and Web only)

- All overlays can now be closed by clicking outside of them (Desktop and Web only)
- Leave dialogue now closed automatically when someone joins SNG just before you leave, so you don't end up thinking that you managed to leave before tournament starts
- Added a notification when tables are being balanced

- Changed the top button layout on iPad when playing so it's more consistent with the Desktop/Web clients (iPad only)
- Added an option to deposit (iPad only)
- Made the hand IDs more visible (iPad only)
- Added the "session taken over" dialogue when logging in from another client using same user credentials (iPad only)
- Fixed an issue causing the top up dialogue to show that you can top up when you were not able to (iPad only)

- Fixed an issue causing the "Leave Next BB" radio button to remain active when Internet connection is lost
- Fixed an issue causing a situation where it was impossible to close the cashier
- Fixed an issue causing you to remain in SNG queue when leaving the 2nd in a row table before SNG starts
- Various bug fixes and improvements, including iPad specific

Cool changes. Autologin would be nice.

Also could you change all my MTT tickets to a single big SNG ticket, Andrew? Thanks.

Just been disconnected, now getting "Technical Error, try again later" when I try to log back in. Internet connection is working fine.

Is this just me or anyone else getting this?

About 16% of our non-freeroll tournaments are UO satellites in one way or another. There're no rakeback deals and the signup offers are from the site rather than affiliates. Everyone gets a €500 playthrough bonus and players from core markets (Nordics, UK, BE, NL) also get a €10 NL4 ticket.

I didn't get a chance to qualify for London (no seat only qualifiers...) but would still like to buy in direct. Is that going to be possible on the day (Thu/Fri) using £££s?

I have €23 in SNG's. I though I'd play these but I'm so close to a cash ticket. Could you take away €2 from my balance and change all SNG's to €25 cash ticket? They expire in 2 days and I'm not close to any other SNG or MTT tickets I could exchange (rewards nor missions).

If not, maybe then you can extend them until December, maybe I'll get new non-UO tickets then? If not, no worries. Playing SNG's is not the worst option as well.

Been playing a bit more on Unibet and enjoying the experience. I do have couple of suggestions which can be implemented into the software:

1 - Time bank to be implemented so you don't automatically fold if you run out of the original time. Time bank refills after a certain amount of hands.

2 - Previous hand replays as just having the text can be a bit of a nightmare looking for the hand you want.

Our implementation of the timebank is a bit different from some sites, so I agree it doesn't appear obvious when it's being activated. We've talked about having a different sound when you're running out of time perhaps?

The timebank refills at the rate of 250ms per hand.

Yeh, the hand history page sucks and we definitely want to improve it some time early next year.

Yeah or a sound to state it has been activated which is probably why I didn't even realise there was a time bank.

Hi Andrew, Info: maybe a bug. I have 5 cash tickets. Played 3 then later played the other 2 to make sure i dont lose days on the expiry. Even though i clicked on ticket to take me to table, it still showed ticket unused in lobby. Easy get around, opened all 5 tables for a hand.
