Hi Andrew, I'm relatively new to Unibet as I've been primarily a Stars player for the last few years. Got a question for you. I won a 250e UO ticket and I've seen other people discussing exchanges and I'm wondering what options are there? I also wondered regarding the Sunday 250e final with 5 seats Guaranteed what the average field size is as I've been researching but can't find any stats from previous games.

Andrew, never had any DQ on unibet since i started playing there 2 months ago. Yesterday i was downloading a movie (torrent program on) and i had nothing but DQ's throughout the time the movie was DL'ing.

just for your information btw, no complaints or anything. Maybe it can help you guys detecting DQ problems

Hi Unibet,

is it true that you don't include the stakes anymore when people ask after their results ? I've been asking for it through the normal CS channels and I've been given an excell sheet twice this week without the stakes. They say they don't include those.

Depends what you ask them to include (rake paid, hands played, profit etc); Once I requested it, it was just a bunch of data for every day played.
So I'd say it's separated only by days which isn't very useful

Are there any plans for the ability to change tournament tickets freely between ticket types? for example to change 4€ UO ticket into daily 4€ tournament ticket. I have quite a few UO tickets but I would like to be able to exchange them into regular guaranteed tournaments tickets.

Also are there any plans to offer PLO banzai games? I think 20 big blinds buy in would be good for PLO. This way banzai would be a good alternative to cap games.

They better get rid of it, or maybe replace it with another format.

But what other format can they add ? Fast poker will just be a reg grindfest, a spin a go format is very destructiive for recreationals and their bankrolls.

I think the focus at this point should be to make the software bug free and stable and keep growing + adding the handreplayer in a patch and implementing the bonusshop so all the ticketrequests are gone aswell

indeed banzai is a fun game for people that just want to gamble for lolz. Never play the format myself but i think its a pretty good game for recreationals that want to have some all in fun

a zoom pool would be cool, but i guess it's not within unibet's policy, because fish get broke faster in this format...

Not only that regs bb/100 winrates are lower. Do not know why any reg would want this because fish will flock to zoom and lose less bb/100 but faster time.
