Is there anyway we can modify the sounds? Like all the other poker rooms have options to which sounds you want to hear. I only want to know when its my turn to act and when my time is running low. Not only is this less distracting for me as I prefer to listening to music, but it also speeds up the game since people don't need to wait for me to time out and have me folding.
I'd assume anyone that plays more than one table will be slightly annoyed by the constant sounds.
I tried changing the mp3's in assets/sounds to empty mp3's but weirdly the software doesn't seem to use those files as I still get all the sounds when I enable sounds.
TY for the tickets and for maybe changing the lobby. Like its not really an issue on other sites that default to NL - but on your site I won't notice that I'm in the wrong pool before I'm seated at the table and maybe even posted a blind.
No worries about the NL4 cash ticket. I'll log in in about 15 minutes as "WEloveANDREW" and will just open shove every hand if its folded to me until I've used the ticket. So if any NL4 players are reading they might be getting a nice surprise

I mean the milestone challenge is fun, and it leads a ton of players on the site when the hand comes close. So why not make a similar concept for SNG's? For example SNG Saturday every week, and just randomly add a prize to some SNG's. You could make it extra exiting by having a roulette wheel spin and select a price before the SNG for the added price. Like 0x the buyin to 100x the buy-in.
Not sure if I like the idea of multipliers, especially ones that favor regs. I mean if a reg plays 100 SGN's he'll be 20x as likely to hit a bonus SNG as a recreational player who plays just 5. You could even do a spin on the payouts, like the player who drops out first from the SNG will get the main price instead of the winner - so the winner and the rest of the players gets a much smaller price. This wouldn't even favor the regs as people would try to shovel in all the money with the worst hand if the price is big
Although I'm not a SNG player these days, so I'm certainly not the best to suggest how recreational players should be rewarded there.
For the milestone hands, at least for me as a reg its already a reward in itself that you bring a lot of casual players to the tables - I don't really see that I need to get a larger price if the milestone hand hits (although I do appreciate it and like the current method
). If I could make one small change to the milestone multipliers it would be that you'd use an average of the stakes. Like say I'm playing 1x 200 tables, 3x100 tables and would now like to add 1x 50 table. The price for hitting the hand on the 50 table will be very low, so it might not be worth it to play. If the multiplier would be an average of all the table stakes and amount of hands I played it would always make sense to add a table. Mainly an issue though if you are joning in late, as its tough to get many tables fast.

I exchange €20 of tickets to 2x €10 MTT tickets, they will work in PLO tournaments too. I'm afraid I can't exchange tickets that have already been partially played through though.

It is one of the worst things ever invented and has only been good for the sites short term and nobody else. Unibet has it right thinking long term by limiting table selection (the good part of Zoom) and not having the regs play a ridiculous amount of volume.
