Andrew, a few days ago I asked you to split my €64 PLO10 ticket into 3 pieces (it was because i previously asked you to give me PLO10 tickets instead of my SNG tickets, and you gave me one too big ticket for PLO10, with €64).
So you didn't split that €64 ticket, but deleted it and gave me just one €22 ticket, and that was it. I was playing with this since then, but I have to ask you to give another two €22 tickets for that €64. I'm writing again just to make sure that you leave that ticket untouched that you already gave me because I played a couple of "flops" with that, don't want to restart it again...

In the past two days, on two occasions my Unibet poker client has crashed whilst playing three SNGs. Upon reloading the client on both occasions, only ONE SNG re-appeared for me to continue playing (and there is zero chance I was blinded out on the other tables already, was early stages on each and re-connection to the site was quite prompt). This meant that I was blinded out of four SNGs without being able to do anything about it! No manual way for me to locate active tables.

This seems to be a huge error with the software... Is this a known issue? I currently have very little confidence now in multi-tabling on Unibet, if you can allay these fears in any way then please go ahead!

I did receive refunds for the first occasion this happened, in the form of two SNG tokens, and am yet to hear back about the second time this happened (which was around 30 minutes ago, email has been duly sent to the support team).

Thought this may be the best place to raise this issue as you seem helpful.

Yeh, it's not a great bug is it... It'll be fixed for the release in two weeks.

It's because the Challenge is "Reach the river when it comes the ace of spades" - you need the river to be the As. Is it translated correctly for you?

I think this is the cashier problem we are getting intermittently. Does it work now? I believe it is happening about 1% of the time.

Yes, definitely something I'd like. It was too much work to get in for release and we've been prioritising other things, but it's probably about time we got this in.

At the moment it just disappears. I'd like to introduce a change for Q1 2015 where, if you've finished one major Challenge already, any partial Challenges will credit you points proportional to the amount cleared when the quarter ends.

I am fairly sure this is CPU lag. It going slowly and then eventually catching up is exactly what happens when you get it. I don't think DC protection would help in this case.

It's possible that if you set priority higher for poker, it'll reduce this happening in the future (also if you have fewer programs open). You can change priority by loading Task Manager (press ctrl-shift-esc), going to Details, right clicking on Unibet Poker, going to priority, set to high.

Could you post your alias please? I'll credit you with tickets for the games you missed.

Once the last online satellite has finished we'll move the package forward to the next event. We've added this to the T&C for next quarter so that it's more obvious.

Yes, it's a known issue. It's fixed in the update that's coming in two weeks. Let me know if you have trouble getting a refund. Sorry you ran into this problem, it's obviously not a good thing for a player to see.

Cashier problems/top-up problems/buying-in problems: We think this is down to computers going into sleep mode (or being locked), then reactivated. We think this is timing them out from our cashier service.

This will be fixed in the next release, but if you have experienced this problem then a restart of the client should solve it.

hey andrew, i have an issue when i missclick the fold button when i am in BB and there are some limpers it appears a window where u can only fold/check it should be an option to close that, if u want to raise instead! The same situation is when u are IP and the other guy in the hand checks to you and u missclick the fold button. I hope i was clear enough , have a nice day

It sounds like iOS8 has a bug that will stop our iPad version working. We are waiting for Apple to approve a fixed version which will hopefully be in time, but just in case, it may be better to not update your iPad OS for a day or two.

Don't believe it, googled "what time CET" and it says CET time is an hour behind the system CET time, so I just got home especially and freeroll already running...

Now I know how to tell time in CET hopefully won't happen again it's 1hr in front of GMT.
