in my experience, the bonus always gets 20% increments so 10€ Bonus would be increments of 2€ and you would have to pay €8 in rake to clear 1 out of 5 steps.

another thing about conversions;
you can only change ticketvalue, not the type of "tour"
so you can go 1x100 UK Tour into 4x 25UK Tour and vice versa
you cannot go 1x100 UK Tour into 10x10 Sunday Entitled

the different tours (as far as i know) are;
Unibet Open
UK Tour
Sunday Entitled
Saturday Stack
Sunday Showdown


The other tickets ie. Cash/SNG/MTT/Bonus can be converted to any other in that class
examples; Cash into Bonus, cash to SNG, SNG into Bonus, as long when its a "standard" ticket you can convert it to any other "standard" ticket (or bonus obv.)

Remember if you go "standard" into "tour", you cannot go back, example;
change 1x 4MTT into 1x 4Unibet Open, if you win the 4 Unibet Open, you get a 25 Unibet Open ticket.....you cannot change this ticket back to "standard" (or bonus)
not to say you shouldn't do this, but you have to understand it will stay in the serie (unless you win a package or a Sunday Entitled or something like that, gl guys!)(obviously you can convert the 25 Unibet Open into Smaller Unibet Open tickets....)

Footnote (dont know if its already obv. but okay);
You cannot change "tour" tickets into "standard" tickets (or bonus)

Andrew I took you advice on this and messaged support they said they would get back to me and did not but it wasn't that big of a deal as with my chip stack I would of needed a lot of luck to finish better. But it keeps happening to me and it always seems to happen in the money. This mornings is a prime example in the 10 UO. There are 10 players left top 8 get the 50UO, 9th gets 10, 10th gets 4. I'm well in the top 8 and have both tables open to watch all stacks. I can watch the other table play but I'm completely locked out of my own table by the time I get back onto my table I'm blinded down to 10th place and shove something to end up with the 4. I'm finding the getting locked out of or disconnect of the sats to the UO incredibly frustrating and not really fair. I'm not having problems with the sit n gos or the limited amount of cash I play (max 3 tables). BradST

Quick tip, If you believe a table has froze click the x to close the table. If it has crashed nothing will happen.

If it hasnt crashed a pop up will come up saying are you sure.

If you can catch a crashed table fast enough its possible to restart the client and get back before the disconnect timer gets to 0 and you are sat out.

I'm just very frustrated about the in the money disconnects or freeze ups. If it happened when I was 50 BB deep no problem but when it happens with less then 10BB and on a prize bubble its usually Catastrophic.

Its nothing to do with hand to hand, I play a lot of the UK/SE games and a lot of them never go into hand to hand because normally there is only one prize.

It does seem to happen a lot on final tables though and even more so when you are heads up.
