I recommend replying to that confirmation mail, I'm afraid I don't have details of that.
The latest release fixes some of the stability problems, but microsoft changed the way that certificates are approved so we had to resubmit ours which takes forever. That's why there wasn't a new release yet.
We can't make changes to things like the timebank instantly - it'd need a new release, which is something we can't do except at the end of each month.
You're right, but I shouldn't have done those bonus parts to the SE conversion.
Yeh, that would be fine.
In a few months we ought to finally have the bonus shop, that'll make life so much easier here.
Once MS approve our certificate we can release the "Jan" update which should fix the problem.
The general policy is:
If you win one package to an event via satellites and a second via Challenges or another promo, we can move the 2nd package to a later event, or we can convert it into €2k of tickets.
If you win one package via any method, we can move it to a later event, though the closer we get to the current one, the harder it is move and I can't guarantee it.

This is a reduced amount because we get a lot of value having players go to these events - we think it keeps them as players for longer, and we get good press. This is also why we effectively subsidise UO satellites with overlays at the lower end.

I'm afraid I can't as €10 of the tickets are from a UO ticket, and I don't exchange them to non-UO tickets.

That's always been the basis of the PS strategy for external software, but ours is different.
Nope, afraid not. We've had a few requests for it but it's something that only really benefits mass multitablers. I don't really want to put those players off, but our priority is to keep casual players alive for longer, so that's where we'll spend development time.
This is something I'm interested in - for example, we warned a couple of people last week for using/trying to use a HUD. We've added features to the client that break HUDs when we find them. But we don't publicise it a lot because it's hard to find the right audience for it asides from mentioning it on 2 + 2.
If someone wants to write notes in Excel, fine. It's only programs that interact with ours that we don't like.
What we stand for is keeping casual players alive for longer, and part of that is having a level playing field. We aren't aiming to replicate a live casino - if someone wants to replicate that, then they can go to a live casino.
The reason there's ratholing is that it doesn't change anyone's EV, but it makes some people more comfortable. The plan is to change it so that you can only rathole above 100bb though, but I think it'll be a while until we have that because there're some external deadlines that mean development time is tied up for a while now.
Yeh, I agree. It's best if we just have very simple rules on what software is allowed that interacts with our client: none.
If you mail support they should be able to send you your monthly results.

I have gotten a job again so i wasn't able to play as much as i wanted/planned for when i exchanged tickets (yeeee me, with my new job).

Hi Andrew, thanks again for being here to answer our queries. And I hope you enjoyed your break!
I would like to echo and agree with certain points up-thread.
1) Using this forum as a ticket exchange. It seems an odd use of a public space. Someone asking for their €2 ticket to be converted into another is of no interest to anyone except the poster, (and possibly yourself... And I bet you have better things to do!) Surely this could be done via a sub-forum, or even via PM?
ps, I noticed you mentioned a “Ticket shop” earlier today Excellent plan!
2)Auto sit-out. This is the single most infuriating thing about Unibet and the one most likely to make me leave for another site. Perhaps because I play Omaha (badly), and need a bit more thinking time! This is most tilting when I win a hand, and find myself sat-out on all tables, including the one I have won on. This is basically an extra rake/tax by Unibet, and I resent it very much. Ps I rarely have more than 4 tables. And I have no objection to being booted from a table after 480s (?)of inactivity, This seems perfectly fair. It is the auto-sitout after about a microsecond that really grinds my gears!
3) I joined in a Wednesday twitch session, hosted by 'Squid'. He was an excellent host and I enjoyed much more than I thought I would. I only came across it by chance. It might be a good idea for you to publicise these more widely, either on the client or by email when these are going to happen. I only found out that there might also be one on Monday evenings, when I was browsing the Unibet MTT section here on 2+2. More about this anon.....
4) I also had a moan about freeze-outs. This is what I meant; I have not seen this for some time, so hopefully this was a temporary issue!
5) You kindly replied to my gripe a while ago. I must say that I was not too happy with the response!
Of all people, you should know that a poker client (should) make next to no demands on even a low-powered PC. My PC is by no means a gaming monster, but a quad core CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 905e), coupled with 8Gb RAM and a R9 270 Graphics card should be "sufficient" (!!!!!!!!!)
(Most of the processor intensive work/calculation is done at your end, and most of the graphics are "pre-loaded")....
And usually it is sufficient, I have no problems with other clients, Coral etc...
But with only four tables open, Unibet is hogging a huge % of my PC's resources.
I left the PC whilst logged in to Unibet the other day, and as is normal, after a certain period, I was auto-logged out. Even in this state, client open, no tables active, logged out, the client was STILL using a large chunk of PC resources!
I thought that this might be because I have Windows in a virtual machine running on a Linux host.. But! During the above-mentioned twitch session, other people were mentioning similar issues.
All of them using AMD CPU's!!!!! Could you please refer this to your tech dept? I can provide metrics etc on request, but for now, here are a couple of piccies..
This first is with the client open, but logged out. No other programmes running except process explorer, and AV etc.... But Unibet Client is using 80% of PC resource!
(Shortly after this pic, my GPU fan switched on, which it NEVER does except when playing graphics-intensive games etc, but often does with Unibet client open.) .
Exit the client, and some seconds later..
PC is 96% idle.
And here, just for comparison, is the Coral client, also with no tables open:
Coral client using 5.7%...
Something is plainly very wrong indeed!
