I had an ROI off 375.29% in 2014 and 153.02% in 2015 so i must suck in poker seeing my decline from 2014 to 2015. No one wants rb at the highest levels to be so high that it destroys the games through the very real waterfall affect. Yet it has to be high enough to give people incentive to want to put in volume and give the site liquidity.

I'm playing on the Unibet Poker client with alias Pats.
I've been enjoying it very much, but from time to time there are some minor issues, which usually get handled very quickly and in good fashion.
Last month however on December 28th I had a connection issue, that disconnected me when I was 4 handed with more than half the chips in play, after I managed to get back into the client a few minutes later the tournament had ended and I did obviously not win it.
I contacted support about this, and a second time a week or 2 ago not having heard anything about it yet. During tonight's Twitch stream @NMPfan suggested I reply in this topic to get things moving along.
I'll briefly describe the issue that occured.
I contacted support about this at the time it had happened as this didn't only cause me to not defend my chances in the tournament, but this tournament could've also put me in 1st or 2nd place in the MTT league low leaderboard (instead of the 3rd place finish I had) and thus get me 100-200€ more which is pretty substantial for a 4€ tournament

Andrew might have more to say on this but afaik there is no current plan to lower rewards for higher tiers. I don't think our site is set up to appeal to a high % of players who are leaving Stars because of the changes there, certainly not the type of player you might be concerned about.
I've been monitoring "health" of all cash games since March 2014 and almost every stake level is in the best state is has been since summer 2015. Our policy is not to actively deter any particular type of player, our focus is on using other tools at our disposal to ensure the games remain fun to play in. I think our ecology is fairly safe for the time being so I wouldn't worry too much.
We had an issue with this tournament where the password wasn't working for a lot of players. I believe support have been compensating players who were affected but let us know if this still hasn't been dealt with.

Were you previously playing on Unibet when it was part of MPN or on the latest client? If you use the tile button at the top of the client it should auto-tile to fit your screen.
I'll pass this on to our guy in support but I can assure you that we would never actively look to get rid of winning players - whether someone is a winning or losing player does not affect anything when it comes to verifying docs and account security.
