I think the football race is working and is making us money, though I won't look into it until the promo is over (it's really easy to spend all day analysing stuff, particularly if you're me, so it's best to wait).

But I think most the reason we're doing well is the World Cup - normally as the month goes on we get fewer and fewer actives until payday comes round again. This month it's stayed basically flat as presumably lots of people are on the site anyway to bet. Now we just have to keep them.

It's definitely on the list. I think a lot of the features we're missing are ones that casual players don't care about much, but a hand replayer is something everyone likes.

can u open more than one table or not? if yes how much?

PC and Mac: yes and there's no explicit limit. There's an implicit limit as we don't have dozens of tables running, plus our client is more CPU intensive than most others and HUDs/trackers/scripts aren't allowed.

Browser and iPad: they only support one table right now. This will change if the developers can find a way to run on the iPad more efficiently. They're having trouble getting it work on the iPad 2.

After speaking to chat for a couple days, Tournaments sometimes show up now if I click "Show all Tournaments" a few times, but Sit and Goes still won't come up. Can you please exchange my 3 1 Euro Sit N Go tickets for 3 tournament tickets??? We've gone over every possible solution to fix the problem but it still won't work. It's definitely not on my end as I've tried to log in from a diff comp too.

Sure, I'll do it tomorrow when I'm next in the office. I'm not 100% sure that this is the same thing, but in the sprint notes for last week, one of the items is "SNG's not showing in client", so this MAY be fixed with the release next Monday.

It's meant to be updated daily but it's a bit broken at the moment. We're looking into it and hopefully it'll work again by the afternoon.

I'm afraid not. The social media stuff is a different department to us, and right now the policy is to have one global twitter account and one global facebook account (etc). A few years ago there were different accounts for different products and different countries and it was pretty chaotic. I'd quite like to have a poker feed but I think it's some time off, at best.

This is subject to some debate. The reason we don't have it is that we think if a player doesn't use it, they're effectively identifying themselves as bad at poker. We try hard to avoid all of those kinds of situations. The question is whether that's worth the cost of making life a bit harder for our regulars. Right now the balance leans towards no auto top-up but I'm willing to be persuaded.

What's your policy on winning regulars who frequently use their timebank in unopened pots preflop (because they play alot of tables)?

When I ask recreational players at the local casino why they quit playing online this was one of the reasons they stopped. It also means less hands per hour both for the other players and for Unibet.

It's not a big problem at Unibet (yet) but I recently experienced this.

(Naturally I don't mind recreational players taking more time if they need to)

It's not something we've thought about yet because, as you say, it isn't really a problem yet. I hope that it becomes one, because that means we're doing well.

I don't think we'd want a system that looked at whether someone was a winning or a losing player. But I agree it's bad for players and it's bad for the site too, and I agree that we need a policy.

The way the time bank works now isn't very good. It activates automatically whenever someone runs low on time. This is being changed soon but I'm not sure if it'll make it into Monday's release. The new timebank will require you to click to activate it. That will improve things marginally.

I think the way to fix it is probably to only allow a certain number of uses of the timebank per hour, or per fifteen minutes. It isn't really a bank at the moment as it never runs out.

Perhaps on top of that we should look at average time to act for a player and if they're always using all the time and are playing a ton of tables, perhaps we should reduce their time allowed, or something along those lines... That could get a bit dangerous though.

On to poker and the playing experience this week.

So glad that table priority will be sorted soon, it will make a real difference to the game play.
Got my 4e ticket up to 8e on the fast cash tables but can still only use it on one table, I know this has been mentioned before, but if this could be sorted to be used on multiple tables that would be great.

There is a bug on fast cash. If you are very quick on hitting the fast fold button, on occasions the button disappears (as if you've pressed it) but it doesn't register and then the timer starts, then time bank, then it sits you out. This is both frustrating and slows things down esp. as this is meant to be fast. This has happened 4 or 5 times already today.

With regard to the time bank, make it a set amount per hour, makes sense.

Due to my hols I'm not going to get through all the mission this month which is a shame.

I'm looking forward to July 1st and the re-set on the challenges. From what I've read things will be much better, with all of the poor ones removed and new ones added.

In terms of points earned over the 3 months, what is an average figure? A lot is mentioned about recreational players how many would you expect them to accumulate? I'll be 25-30K for the 3 months.

Yes I can see your point and I really like the lengths you've gone to not to pillage weaker players (e.g. lower rake at 4 euro and no challenges that require you to play bad to win them).

I think a proportion of bad players tend to double up or bust fairly regularly (more regular than a winning player) so they would be less likely to trickle down as a tighter player might.

It does detract from the playing experience to constantly have to keep hitting the chip at the top then max then ok, every time you enter a pot you don't profit in, it's the only really 'big thing' i think is missing at the moment.

Also by way of added persuasion as the tables are implicitly capped as they're hudless - any semi decent player will identify the weaker players, i mean if someone was competent enough to be targeting players because they aren't auto-topping up, then they'd probabally get more info about weak players by observing a few hands than the auto top up would give away.

Well, the most common will be < 1k points. I expect about 225 people to stop at 25-30k, but maybe 5 or 6 times that many people to earn more.

I'm not sure if we'll do a SNG lobby - when we only have 2 and 5 max I don't think it conveys a lot of information. But we're going to redesign the general MTT listing and the specific MTT lobbies in the near future so we can include more useful info.

Hi Andrew, one question from me, in the mission for this month mission 5. is be dealt aces x3 in fast hold em. Does this apply only after the first 4 missions have been completed or could I get aa x3 whilst completing these missions and get the reward, as i'm sure I've had them at least twice today, I was wondering if that counted to the x3 or if it only counted after the first 4 missions were complete? Afraid not, it has to be done in order.

If you dont want to add auto top up maybe add a button on the table where if you click on it you automaticly reload. Its not auto top up but it is less annoying then clicking all those buttons for a reload.
