Another nitpick (or thin-value bug).

The moving on up promo nicely gives you notifications that you have made the required number of flops on each day, then on the last day it just awards the ticket with no information as to why. It should give two messages as with challenges (e.g. you have completed a minor challenge, you have been awarded a ticket) or ideally roll the two pieces of information into one message because today I was wondering if I had enough flops or if the ticket had been awarded for some other reason.

I'm back from holiday, thanks UnibetRep!

Is anyone still getting the grey login screen error? We believe it is now fixed.

In both cases you entered once and were credited one ticket. We're experiencing a fair amount of abuse in this kind of thing.

It's not just that it isn't policy, it's that we don't have those tools. In any case, it doesn't tell you anything about whether the game is fair or not, it tells you your results vs. your expectation when you are all-in.

The reason that you can trust the game is that Unibet has been around since 1997 and is listed on the Nordic OMX stock exchange. It would also be pointless of us to try to cheat anyone. Poker is ~3% of Unibet. Let's say that we found a way to rig the game so that it became ~3.3% of Unibet. We've just risked the entire company for 0.3% revenue. It would be very stupid of us to do that.

And let's be clear here, you're accusing us of something illegal and immoral, so if you'd like to continue discussing it then I suggest you try this thread: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...dition-255990/

I can tell you from nearlly 10 years of experience playing online poker that every site feels rigged after you start playing a lot, variance is bigger than you can imagine and the swings get bigger the more you play. Also seeing a graph that shows you have run under EV dosn't help much

Admittedly I do think any site that choses to make games un-railable and anonymous really does need to figure out a way of making the hands public at some point; but mostly for ensuring collusion/cheating is being curbed rather than the site's integrity.

Would there be any harm in releasing these HH's to the community once a week maybe with account numbers instead of Aliases?
If players know their own account numbers they could view their own hands and help police the game better.

Andrew you don't have the tools?? Are you saying that someone can built a eficient bot to play at Unibet and there is no way to detect it?

No, I'm saying that all-in EV has nothing to do with bots.

It's an interesting idea but it might run into privacy problems still. Let's say you played a really unusual hand against someone, you could search this pseudonymous database and find all of this player's other hands. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a way to avoid this kind of problem while still making the database useful for people searching for bots/colluders.

It's easy, exept our own name, name every other player on the hand as "player 1, player 2", player 3 ... so there would be no way to connect one hand to another for any player but our selves!

I don't think this would be an issue as even if someone collected/anylised all the HH's for a single player, there is no way of determining if you are playing against that person at the tables, as long as that player makes frequent name changes. So this system would probably need to encourage frequent name-changing.

The only issue i can think of is that all the hands could be anylised for population tendancies. However, I think these wouldn't differ that much from site to site, so useful population tendencies are already available to the public.

The benefits are pretty significant as the poker community would feel alot more secure about bots/colluding/cheating, and even the riggies would feel better The biggest community worry about anon sites is bots/colluders or worse, another potripper scandal, flying under the radar. 2+2 is incredibly useful for putting player's minds at ease about security issues but they need to have access to the data to do this.

This would also facilitate players anylising their own hands and play away from the table. I know this may not seem beneficial to unibet at face value, but I do think this is an integral part of the game for alot of players.

Hey. I have got an old account at unibet that i haven't used for many years (like 4-5). If I start playing again would it be possible for me to get any rb or new players bonus? Thanks.

I have to say that although I absolutely 100% trust that Unibet is an honest, well run site with smart people working for it who are dedicated to running a fair game, I would still feel more comfortable if there were some way the community could police the games in some way, if Stars with their huge number of employees can't find bots it makes me worry that even with all the will in the world Unibet might struggle to find them for want of resources.

I love the Unibet model and don't want a switch to HUDs but it would put my mind at ease if there were more opportunities for the community to look for irregularities.

I trust the current unibet more than any other pokersite out there. Bots are everywhere even where a player has all the tools available to them. If unibet starts implementing all the "features" the other pokersites have it just would be another copy that will be reg and nitinfested within the years to follow.

Unfortunately online poker has a history of reputable sites silently implementing segregation, rogue employees scamming players, being oblivious to large bot rings and colluders operating; and the online poker community has exposed them with disclosed hand histories.

This isn't a reflection on Unibet but a reflection on an industry with a lot of mistrust, and a very cautious poker community.
