update: there was a message, that 2k UO slot tournament was manually cancelled

UO2 sat, i played 2 hours in this mtt, 1 table was frozen, and my table was running i played till i eon all chips from my table and i got 27k chips out of 39k chips, and now they canceled the mtt and refund me the entry, wtf? Why i played 2 hours? Just to be refund by their software problems? I think i was deserved the uo10 ticket...but this is unibet...we paid for thei mistakes

I'm not judging your English skills, just wondering what you meant. Whether "We get paid for their mistakes" or "we pay for their mistakes".

Because I believe, Unibet have been very generous in fixing their mistakes.

And instead of acting all mad here on the thread, you could start simply by asking for the UO10 ticket. Maybe they won't give it to you, I don't know. But you have to understand that after problems like these default solution is to refund all tickets and then look into individual cases. That's what Unibet did when they credited you 2uo ticket back. But if you even try to contact them and say you had 80% of chips or whatever, they might give you 10uo.

Yes 8 tables at NL4/NL10 is now meant to be the max.

I only received 4 out of the 7 tickets back that I used to register for the 2k UO slot.

Banzai is fun but maybe it should be kinda capped as in "you can only bring so much when leaving and then coming back". Sure it's kind of going south but as it is now there are lots of 5NL Banzai tables where 5 dudes have ~100BB stacks and are essentially just playing unraked 50NL.

Looks like they gave a refund for the tourney this morning. I believe they split the 2k prize pool to the remaining players according to their chip stacks. I also received all the freeroll tickets back.

He is not talking about the freeroll, he was registered in an UO2 satty. He had to play his table till he was the last man standing while the second table was frozen.

It is still frozen and he is sat on his table on his own with 2/3rds of all chips in play.

oh, yeah, really, I got a cash refund too nice gesture.
did not get those tickets back though.

One question whats the point of refunding the tickets there is only one freeroll left and I skipped a freeroll this month to play the last one.

Please do something about Unibet Client,he cant stay connected 20 seconds,i cand play anymore in these conditions,i have to reconnect to my Tables every 20-30 seconds.
Unibet workit perfectly untill it was a Update 2-3 month ago,sience then is worse and worse,from a few disconnection on 15-20 minutes now are disconections on every minute.
I play poker on Uniber for 3-4 years and for me is the first poker site in the world but because of this client problems Unibet will lose alot of players and that a pity for your poker team all good work from the last year when you guys activated this site verry much.

i want to discuss one of the challenges, the one being "act preflop after two players in front of you have put the same amount of money into the pot as each other"

i know fairly recently the wording of this challenge has changed to try and be a bit clearer as to what exactly is required but i still think its not quite right.

ive been playing some 3 handed poker just now and noticed i may not be getting credited for all the steps i may should be getting because of the wording.

for example if im on bb and button raises and sb calls, my interpretation of the challenge should mean that whatever action i choose to do wether its raise call or fold i should get credited for the step as ive "acted" on the required setup of the challenge.

ive also seen from time to time that sometimes it gives me the step if i 3 bet, sometimes if i call and sometimes if i fold but none of them are on a consistant basis.

during my time there i was in this situation where it got to me on the big blind several times 3 handed where i done all 3 possible actions and it only credited 1 step.

im not moaning about missing a few steps from the challenge here but i would like the description of what is required to be a little clearer, its maybe my interpretation thats way off thats why i feel the need for clarification but im pretty sure its the word "act" that needs to be cleared up. to me when the action gets to me the 3 options available to me fulfill the requirement. if thats not the case i would be grateful for some clarity.

Although the poker account is in euros they said in support that my account is in RON. I didnt do any additional settings and its a new and strange situation for me as im forced to cashout only RON which translates into useless annoying fees to the bank.
