On a related note, I've requested that the 77x Challenge be downgraded to 40x and the 2,3,4,5 one is downgraded to 90x. This will likely come into the production client today or tomorrow. I think it probably harms high volume players too much to be tenable with its current frequency requirement.

Ok, the reason why I mentioned it is because right at the start I was wondering if the paired flops counted. I noticed a paired low flop really early on and after the hand I went to check if it had indeed counted. I checked again 5 and then another 5 minutes later and still nothing had registered. I've never noticed a delay any longer than a couple of minutes in these things so I assumed the major just didn't have paired flops counting.

I've found a hand history from earlier with a paired low flop - 45180713

I got the developers to have a look to make sure it triggered properly, and it did. I realise you can't really double-check the hand history numbers, but it also triggered for:

44959825, 44970134, 45092266, 45103245, 45104465, 45170615, 45172196, 45180713, 45181962

Those're your 9 so far, with the one you quoted the penultimate one. The developers think that there may be a bug where the Challenge screen doesn't update properly if you have it open. If you close and re-open it, it should reappear with the updated numbers.

Hi Andrew, As we seem to be having a day on "challenges" can I ask about the Omaha pair 3 cards. I have this once so far, only 49 to go. I may not clear this at all this quarter! Is this one of the longer ones too? I know you don't agree and say it's a feature but I still believe it would be fairer if we were all playing the same challenges in the same order. I may not complete this Omaha challenge at all and all my effort may be for nought which is really counter productive. Similar to some of the earlier comments I can't see me getting through this, also coupled with the fewer number of hands per hour you get in Omaha, this doesn't help. As I can't ditch this challenge and select another one I'll just switch to NL which still doesn't help your profit as you rake more form PLO and I don't get the variety I crave. Pair three of your holecards is actually quite small - it should happen every 118 hands, so it's 5,900 hands total.

I see you've finished three minor in the time it took you to get to 1/50 in the major, so that's definitely some runbad you've had there. I hope it switches to rungood soon.

Perhaps we could add a feature that lets you discard one major challenge per quarter or something.

Andrew, re glitch - on pc using version 1.5. Quite funny actually as hole card showing was an ace. Probably could create a whole new fun game concept out of it. Re email will only ever send something for new ideas. This is def the forum for issues/complaints.

I think the game is just really sensitive to liquidity. It's going to take a while to recover from the technical problems we had over the weekend. It's quite annoying as we'd injected a lot of money into that game to get it running, and the technical problems may shut it down. We'll see how it goes.

Hi Andrew, I play €4 SNG heads up, and when I win I get €7.76. Yesterday I won and I got €7.6 . Today I played and at the start screen it said the winner will get €7.76 but I didn't win this match.

Unless your going to make the 400 players the terms and conditions of being able to win only one package seem counter productive. Takes players out of pool for uo. You cannot exchange for cash but no reason it cannot be transferred/sold as long as you get another player in cannes. Alternatively a second package can be used for next event if priced equally.

That's my 1st major challenge aswell. After playing a couple of hours only managed to get 1/40. I guess this is gonna take more than a month to complete

Nope, it's a test. For a week I'm testing 5% fee again (3% fee was a promo) at HU4 and HU25. The other games are still at 3%, and these two will return to 3% next week.

And yeh, it was 9 max on MGS. It's been 6 max on the new software though as we didn't have 9 max ready in time for launch.

Table priority (what we call pop-up) should be in for the end of the month. It WAS ready last month, but that version introduced other problems so it all broke. Tiling may make it in for that release too, it depends how many people are on holiday and how long it takes to fix the 1.6 problems.
