I hope I can return the favor by giving some thoughts on the software.

-I expierenced the dissapearing button on fastnl aswell, and the same happens sometimes with the BB.
-Yesterday I wasn't able to top-up. And when I tried to open another table, it said 'technical error'. This didn't happen before though.
-Sometimes I do have trouble with the general sit-out aswell. I think it also occurs randomly, not only when I sit-out at a table. (It would be better I think to implement a function that you sitout on that particular table, and not at all tables, but this may be intentional?)
-Sometimes the challenges section doesn't update. I get a notification on the tables when I completed a challenge, but when I look in the profile section it still displays the previous one. (I don't consider this a problem, since I don't adjust my game to it).

I got strange bugs today...
I can't reload and when i try to join a table i get an error message 'Technical error, please try again later'.

I think this might be a 1.6.0 bug, so downgrading to 1.5.0 should fix it.

Are you sure you aren't timing out on one of the tables? If you do, it'll start sitting you out on all of them.

It's intentional that it happens on all tables at once because we wanted to make it harder for people to abuse sit-out to table select. It's not a perfect solution though.

Thanks, do you know how long it takes between the notification and the Challenge section updating? As far as I know, it's meant to update every few seconds but I think that sometimes it's taking a lot longer.

I think this is a 1.6 bug. If you're on 1.6, I recommend downgrading to 1.5.0 . You can get it from:

I am quite sure that wasn't a poker related issue as I had the same problem while sportsbetting.

I'm using the 1.5, on windows (if that is what you mean?)

I'm going to pay close attention to the sit-out problem in the near future. Normally, I 6table, but when I experience the problem, I go to 4tables and it still occurs. I've got the feeling it's the software, but as I said, I will get back to you on this. I'll play 1 table the next session to be absolutly sure.

The refresh-challenge problem: Sometimes it refreshes after a short amount of time (lets say a few minutes) but all of the other times it doesn't refresh during the time i'm on the client. So if I want to know my progress, I log off after the session and log in again to know (But again: this is no critisism, since I'm not obsessed by the challenges. It's just a pointer.)

I'll report this too, thanks. I want people to be obsessed by challenges, and this probably puts them off.

Go to main lobby, enter profile again, then challenges. It works for me.

And another thought concerning the challenges:Since the goal is to keep recreational players in the game longer, it's not beneficial to make them play lines that they normally wouldn't play. For example: the 3bet on the button.
I'm not sure recreational players would often make this play by themself, so they could actually lose money by wanting to complete the challenges.
(Again: just a pointer. Maybe I'm just the recreational player that doesn't see the greater picture.

One of my alias is: 500mg

First I would like to have 30 of my 1e tickets and 5 of my 4e tickets exchanged for a 50e Unibet Open ticket if possible.

Then I would like to add that I too experienced the "technical error" bug.
I'm on 1.5 and win8.1.

It started with me having connection problems with Unibet (no internet connection problem with other sites) for a couple of hands. I then quit a table and was going to open another one but couldn't because of the "technical error". I could still play on the tables that I hadn't closed.

Hi Andrew,

Was playing a SnG 1€ 2 seats, I've biggest stack, we go allin, I lose the hand but I have more or less 700 left...freeze, waiting and waiting for 1 minute than log out, login resuming the game and there are no more players (me and the other)!!! Second logout, restarting the game and then no more resuming! Cool!
