My fault is my kindness. Unibet has no reason to take honest money. You can disqualify me from the tournament or issue a warning, but closing my account and freezing winnings in other tournaments is too much for this case. You have shown that you have a good security service. Please reconsider your decision.
It's not my decision to reconsider and it's not related to giving out freeroll passwords.

Re: Unibet - Official Thread

hey guys!

do you remember there were some emails sent out to ratholing guys and they were whining?! since then i can surely tell there is one guy on my limit who stopped doing it (and instead of MSS he is playing BSS now).
ofc hard to tell from a player point of view how many changed their play cos most ppl change their alias but i still witnessing some ratholing at the tables.

and here is my question: how some of them can remove chips from the tables without even leaving it?? i have seen this in the past and i was always wondering!

so i think there is some effect of those emails but not really game changer!
i hope the sofware can handle it as soon as possible.

Re: Unibet - Official Thread

Hello Andy,
I've been playing on Unibet for a few weeks now, and although I generally enjoy playing there I got a few things that I would like to see added or changed:

1) As a German player, I can't table select, but get seated at a random table. Could you please add a setting for a minimum amount of active players at a table? I often get seated at the same tables with just one or two other players again and again. I'd much rather wait for a few minutes and be seated at a table with more players instead.

2) I often see players that just lost their entire stack sitting out without rebuying until they are being removed from the table (which seems to take forever). Is there a way for you to prevent this? Like, remove players immediately or at least sooner if they do not add chips to their stack? If this would happen very rarely I wouldnt mind, but so often players with no chips are blocking seats that I find it really annoying.

3) The bet sizing buttons are really close to the check/bet/raise/fold buttons, and I already accidentally checked a few times when I wanted to just change my bet size. Nothing too expensive so far, luckily. Turned down my mouse speed for now, and hope this helps, but still think there should be at least a little gap between the buttons.

Are programs allowed to add a RNG to your table?

Oh, and can you tell me how that panic button (24 h selfban, guess this could also be a German-only thing) in the Windows 10 Unibet software works? The button that is implemented on the website says you have to click it for three seconds, but there's no info like that in the poker software, so I'm kind of scared of accidentally hitting it. The replay button is also really close to the panic button, so if it's one-click there's a real danger of accidentally locking yourself out.

Agreed, this can be annoying.

Good to know. It's mandatory for German players now because of some new regulation crap. Like, on PokerStars, German players get seated randomly, while everyone else seems to still be able to choose a seat manually. I don't get how this is supposed to protect German players as long as others can still take advantage against them.

If it's for the whole player pool, at least it makes some kind of sense.

Still would be nice to be able to set a minimum number of players, so you could join a full table as soon as someone leaves a table. Headsup or 3-handed is just too stressful for me, especially if I'm playing against regs.

I think I'd be against a minimum number of players toggle for players. With the size of player pools the best way to get games going is just to start when ready to go. The games seem to fill up within 5 or so minutes most of the time anyway.
