The preset betting sizes cannot be changed at present. Mouse scroll and +/- buttons should increase/decrease at the smallest increments.

This was my fault. The Winter Freeroll series is only for selected countries but I created login campaigns for all countries after misreading the setup scope. I've recreated them all today so you shouldn't get any more unusable tickets going forward.

You have many unsatisfied, unanswered posts on official Unibet forum where ppl complain that they have never received money and Unibet has stopped communnication with them.

I don't think they'll be custom any time soon but I'm hopeful we can get the existing presets changed to something a little more current. I'll be posting something about it in the next week or two looking for suggestions for better presets in all situations.

I'll be honest, I didn't know the thread on the community existed. As I work in the poker team I rarely look at any section of the community forum outside the poker category.

I've had a look at the thread and the 3 customers that have raised issues and they all appear to be being dealt with by customer support, who are just waiting on responses from one of the parties involved in each case.

To answer your final question, no I don't think three customers having withdrawal issues, all of which appear to not be related to Unibet directly, greatly harms the credibility of Unibet.

If you dont twist facts intentionally and look at on that more closely, you would see players asking for help and not getting any relevant answers from live chat support or 0 reaction from admins of Unibet forum for weeks.

I can't twist facts. Two cases are waiting on the payment processor to update, the 3rd is waiting for the customer to provide information. I can't look at it more closely than that because I don't have access to the systems the payment team use when interacting with payment providers and I can't access the system CS use when communicating with customers.

There is a total of 1 admin on the Unibet Community just now. Myself and the other members of the poker team try to help out when we can but ultimately a single person is overseeing the entire running and moderating of the community. Both of the cases where we're waiting for a response from a 3rd party, the admin escalated the case. Just because they didn't post publicly doesn't mean that they were not looking into things behind the scenes and updating customers via PM.

I appreciate it will be frustrating that your funds are in limbo but in all of these cases Unibet have tried to process the withdrawal. I would suggest contacting customer support, rather than using the Unibet community, if you want information quickly on your case.

Never had any issues withdrawing from ub fwiw. Allso I know several players who can say the same so don't think ub is in the beginning of poker room bankruptcy esp when majority of the funds comes from sports and casino imo.

Also had a quick (few hours to hit Skrill) withdrawal this month.

Some feedback on ur low stake tournaments, they take too long, too many levels.

Example tonights $750 gtd dark matter took 5 hours with first being 220 eur and 96 runners.
On party you could play for the same buyin, a 2500 runner mtt with $2500 for first, taking 6.5 hours to finish.

There are many other examples of tournaments just taking too long for what prizes ur playing for.

The chance that you win against 96 players is greater than 2500 players, that also counts.

The PKO series is good and the idea for simplifying the leaderboard is nice, but unfortunately it encourages soft collusion to a degree where people who don't participate in that probably don't have much of a chance of winning. Heard of several tables where there were people shoving every hand into each other during the rebuy period in the lowest BI one since it's unlimited re-entries. Feels very much against the spirit of the leaderboard to me.

Checking with Relax on this one. It's a mission that has existed for years so I think it's set in the backoffice to trigger on €1 or above games because there never used to be nanos or centrolls. I've manually completed the mission for you.

The plan just now is to hopefully change the existing buttons first because it will require less dev work. I think a 33% button post-flop button as the first option makes much more sense than the current 50% for example. I think we're just going to need to find a solution that gets as many players to a value as close to what they'd normally use or is standard and then individual players can nudge up or down manually.

I think what Party are doing with their nightly schedule is great but we don't have the liquidity or satellite system to match it. I do agree that for the field sizes we have that they should be finishing quicker than they do. Hopefully it's something we can look into over the next few months,

This was an unforeseen side effect of the way the leaderboard works. Didn't expect people to be playing so loosely but seems some players don't care much for money I'll bring it up with the team this week to see if we can cap re-entries at 1 for any future PKOs.
