The fact that I am the only one in here complaining about whats going on at the tables makes me really worried and almost afraid. No one ever questions anything in here and We have an industry full of greedy cheaters. Its like everyone in here are blindfolded by the fantastic software and the good support (yes rep, You are doing your job very well). Sorry about missing this before. If you have rough date/times of issues and a table alias I'll get refunds issued. I'm trying to collect instances when this happens so would be good to get any information on what might be causing it.

How long do you expect the Hexapro jackpot promo will be running till all jackpots dropped? Is it safe to say this promo missed its target and for next time, you will bring back the 100x jackpots? Maybe it would be good to have some jackpots fall earlier as well. People know they have to wait till last 10/20% of the total amount of games for sure before jackpot drops.

Promo is estimated to end mid Nov and I think that was the expected time. Stubbe is the Hexapro expert so he can confirm and answer the other questions.

As a cg player i only found 1 change in the "new" update: no tilted cards anymore. If i wanna be honest this is a very tiny step forward.

Otherwise the software is smooth an fast (for me it was the same before).

Option to chose the color of cards is not even on backlog at the moment, so it won't happen anytime soon. We're currently discussing if we should do a complete table redesign (some community proposals here https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/G...ded/m-p/356675).

Don't have an ETA for the two other ones either, but ratholing is currently the number 1 backlog priority, and there has been a bit of movement. Hopefully there won't be too many complications with new loyalty or compliance projects (like the German changes), so we can get it live in the near future

I personally don't understand why it is a problem, in a anonymous environment, if someone leaves a table and rejoins the table with less chips.
You prefer to have that player leaving your table and joining another table or not playing anymore? I don't understand...
If you don't give the possibility to players to rejoin the table with less chips they might just leave the player pool for that session... I don't understand why anyone would want that to happen.
If we want to keep the anonymity we have to keep the "ratholing". For me, it's "ratholing" and not ratholing because we are not in live poker.

My assumption is that "ratholing" is something that recreational prefer to do. Why would Unibet Poker Team want to take away from the recreational players something they like? That would be bad business in my opinion...

Ratholing is a huge issue, and it’s not “ratholing”, it’s clear abusing of the rules from the regs, nobody minds recs doing that from time to time but when some regs (1-2) do that on regular basis it’s killing the game. I am a winning nl200-400 reg and it pisses me off. I cant believe how it affects huge VIPS who are loosing 4-5k a night on one table and seeing people rejoining after doubling up, not even speaking about shortstaking. Someone thinks that’s okay??? Unibet was always putting players on the first place but this thing went too far, especially in the early morning.
I honestly thought you Unibet guys dont care much about this but happy to see some changes might come.

History in sngs is not working propetly.
There are few problems.
Often when I go through hands form bottom to up (old to newest) half way trough oldest hands appear again then I need to go trough them again to find the one's I didn't look into.
Other problem is that sometimes hand history get frozen then I need to go to some other lobby and come back.
Sometimes some hands are missing and I need to restart client.
One other problem is that scroll button is not working in beginning and it returns me back to the top, after 5-10 scrolls it finally starts to working.

Could you post a screenshot if possible so we can see the error. Which Unibet site do you normally access (.com/.ca/.es etc)

Not sure if it's been mentioned before by Stubbe but the plan is to go somewhere in the middle of no ratholing at all and the way it works now. Everyone will be given a set number of times they'll be allowed to leave the table and return with a smaller stack and then after that they'll have to return with the same stack or 100bb (I can't remember the exact specs and it's been a few months since I last saw them so they could have changed slightly).

We want to allow casual players the chance to leave the table after a big win and come back with starting stack but we don't want to allow players that are constantly buying in for 50bb, doubling, leaving the table and coming back with 50bb to be allowed to keep doing that. That's not a good game experience for either casual or regular players.
