Hi Andrew, I have a couple of €4 Sit & Go tickets and a couple of €1 Sit & Go tickets, and I like to play them heads up.
Today I got €1 Sit & Go 5-max Ticket from the mission and I clicked on it and played a €1 Sit & Go 5-max tournament. After that I saw that I used a regular ticket instead of the 5-max ticket. Why did that happen? Because the regular ticket was older?
I don't mind playing 5-max but I don't like to use my regular tickets for that.
So I guess in 2 days time I'll have to ask you to convert the 5-max in regular.

The way I do it is to press the print screen key, then open Paint and paste the image in with ctrl-v. Then I use the selection tool to pick out the part I want, ctrl-x to cut it, ctrl-n to get a new image (drag to make it smaller than the bit you just cut), ctrl-v again to paste the new image on top. Then save that and upload it to an image sharing site somewhere. The missing bet button screenshot above is from imageshack.us.

NL4 is indeed 100 for minor and 1500 for major. A minor step averages ~515 hands and a major averages ~8,200, so the major takes 16x as many hands on average. It's not 15x because I rounded the points to make it easier to follow.

PLO4 is 100 minor, 1500 major too. It shouldn't matter which game you play - the points are directly proportional to the rake you pay. The points are on the site: https://www.unibet.com/poker/challenges

Yes. But a lot of people opt out when they create accounts. You can check by logging in on the website, then "Go to my account", "Edit preferences" and ticking yes.

One of the reasons we have the client banners is that we can't mail as many of our players as we'd like. Those client banners are going to be the best way to receive information, but obviously they only work if you login sometimes.

I login on the website of unibet and login and click Remember me but when I close the browser and log in again it doesn't remember my username.

I have done some calculations if you are playing SNGs (€1 in SNG rake = 100 point).

If you are playing cash game at NL400 you will earn 100.000 points if you clear a major challenge and it will on average take 8.400 hands (= €1.000 in rake).

If you are playing NL200 you will get 72.500 points if you clear a major challenge, and that would be around €725 in rake (but there will obv. be some varians).

So if you make 1.250.000 points you will in avg rake €12.500 and get €6.054 in rakeback paid out in cash/bonus/unibet open package.

Not a bad VIP program if you can rake more than €10.000 in three months.

Please note that I can be wrong and that you in avg. have to pay more or less in rake than €1000 if you play 8400 hands @ NL400. But if you have to pay €1.000 in avg to play 8400 hands at NL400, I think Unibet would have to lower that a bit. In that case they will have higher rake than Party and iPoker.

I think the main thing to take into consideration is the softer games. Receiving 60% rakeback at a site where the games are terrible doesn't really compare to receiving less rakeback at a site where the games are really soft.

If higher hourly from profit alone means you earn more than you otherwise would on another site then it's a no-brainer imo.

Is there anyway to see how much I have raked? IF I take goal to rake 13k e in 3 months would be nice to have possibility to see how much rake I have generated.

Basically, it depends. If you earn points at precisely the average, it'll be 44.43% over the quarter if you stop at 1.25m points. If you are looser then average it'll be higher, if you're tighter than average it'll be lower. It's also down to how well you run on completing the challenges, but 1.25m is going to even a lot of that out.

Yeh, it's a bug. This is something that's being looked at at the moment. It has been a bug for so long because we needed the .DK client to be finished before we could look into it.

There're four avatars that you can unlock via Challenges. They're all in the first few steps. Once you've unlocked one, you can pick it from the change identity process as normal.

There's something weird going on at the start of your sheet, but you're mostly right. The points you earn for completing major steps are, on average, at the same ratio as you get from SNG.

Rake is indeed higher at NL200 and NL400 at Unibet than it is at Party and iPoker. We charge 6% to €3 instead of 5% to €3. We charge significantly less at NL4 and NL10 (1% to €1 at both).

Our aim is to keep new players alive for longer and to make poker fun again. That is where we aim most of our efforts. We don't want to do this entirely at the expense of our regs though, and we spend the same on loyalty while standalone as we did on MGS.

I think this is definitely a downside of no hand histories. But I think that we have much better tools for detecting bots/colluders/etc than any player could because we can see all the holecards (AFTER the hand is over - we have the same system as PS). We can also see how often people play with each other etc. And you can't table select, so it's much harder for colluders to be on the same table.

I think for sites that don't bother looking for collusion at all - and I suspect this is most of them - it is a good safeguard to have hand histories. We aren't like that though. So I guess it comes down to a matter of trust.
