Are you for real? It's been like that for ages with every single pokersite / bookmaker out there. Personally I don't even deposit to site before I have succesfully verified it so I don't have any issues making withdrawals.

Apparently, I genuinely didn't know. I basically only play on unibet and this is the first time that I get this message. It feels a bit as an extra invasion of privacy, so I just wanted to double check. Take it easy.

To prove that you are the person you claim to be? If you didn't need to prove your identity you could just open several accounts with different details and abuse bonuses multiaccount etc. Just a tip because it seems you don't play that much read the tos before signing up. There is a point that states site can ask certain dokuments to prove identity. And yeah taking it easy genuinely surprised someone signed 2011 to pokerforum didn't know this.

Hey DubnJoy,

First attempted withdrawal was a bank wire transfer. When I went to live chat they told me they were having problems with the BIC/SWIFT code. It could be provided to them, I said, all you gotta do is ask. They declined and said they would figure out the SWIFT code and e-mail me. But that didn't happen. Instead they provided an "express connect" option which is basically e-transfer.

Cool, I thought, but this withdrawal was also cancelled when they figured out there was a problem. They basically said it's a technical issue. Just a bit frustrating when the options they give me are not working. Anyhow, they told me to try again on Monday. Unibet has been a pretty good experience so far. Let's keep it that way, right?

Ok, is this your first time withdrawing? I went through the same thing my first time, with the swift code being off and the transaction going back to my Unibet account. Once the first withdrawal goes through, the info will be registered in your account

Apologies for you not getting any communication about it, I was told the emails went out today.

Short version of it is you'll be credited the next challenge step you were working towards, regardless of you progress. Any other promotions running before the suspension (leaderboards for example) will be paid out as they stood on the day of suspension.

There have been some legislation changes and we'd like to make sure we have full clarification of what they mean before offering anything in the BE market again. While this is unfortunate, it is also a justifiable decision as we don't want to be in a situation similar to what happened in the Swedish market where we thought the new rules meant one thing and the regulator decided differently. One multi-million dollar fine is enough for 2020!

Why does Unibet have so many disconnection problems? I play Heads Up and see my opponents hijack my blinds. This does not happen once but really often! Maybe find another Internet host for Unibet? If this happens too often I'll go back to Pokerstars!

Yeah, that's kinda what I'm going through. Except that customer support recommended another withdrawal method and that didn't work either. I chatted with customer support a few hours ago and we're trying to work something out. They would like me to try their e-transfer method again but I don't have access via my withdrawal page. So that's the hold-up at the moment.

Strange. We've been getting reports of web client issues but nothing major on the desktop side. Are you playing wirelessly or with a wired connection?

Which client are you using? (Desktop/Web/Mobile and version numbers if you can get them)
Wireless or wired connection?
Does the client give you a DC message or just freeze?

Hi! I recently started to play on Unibet. Really like the experience except for one thing... I timeout a lot since the timebank is not autoactivated. And there seems to be no option to activate Autotimebank.. I suggest to add that feature in the feature!

This will be added soon, still this month I think? It was planned to be in the last update but didn’t make it sadly enough.

As P0kerM0nk said the auto timebank is coming in the next release hopefully. It will be an additional setting that will have to be turned by players, it will not be enabled by default.

Hello there, I am currently on a break from poker/gambling. I have some questions regarding unibet poker.
1. Can you guys tell me, are there any cartels on 50/100 heads up sng on unibet?
2. I used to play there a lot, last time in winter 2019 on 100 and 200 ( I think you regs will see me as a weak reg or fish since I play without huds, coashes and gto programms). I noticed that instantly when I opensit in blind lobby I got sat. Is there a program for them to see the name sitting?
3.How can I be sure that nobody can use an illegal hud oder gto program?

I'm sure there are some "bumhunters" that sit around waiting for a game (while avoiding playing at the same time as each other, if they are buddies), but you're randomly seated in SNGs on Unibet, so no one would even know you're online. (You can also make and use multiple screennames).
