^ How much did you lose at cash tables? You know you can request your results from the online support chat?

Basically ask for your poker cash game results to date and they will send you a CSV file you can open in excel and you will be able to add up days to tell which specific weeks you lost more.

I think you are missing my point.

Also the Omaha Week 4000$ tournament has no 25$ tickets for the first 20 players

If you're so adamant that you're due tickets then you should be able to tell us how much you lost last week on cash games.

Fair enough. I don't know an exact number, but more than 200$ to qualify for that Super Duble Trouble. So more than 20$ to get that Double Trouble.
If i have to guess it can be around 800$-1200$.
Patric even confirmed last week that I lost enough

My interpretation of his post is that he has checked and you correctly didn't receive any tickets, not that he checked and confirmed you lost enough (unless you're talking about a message he sent privately or whatever). Stupid question but are you sure you're playing cash games?

I really hope I am playing cash, otherwise all this would be pretty embarrassing

You are right, he was talking about me not recieving tickets. I have no real evidence from unibet that I lost, but I am 100% I did. How can I say i lost up to 1000euros and not lose 20euros. I will ask tomorrow unibet to give me the last weeks win/loss.

@bufni Do you happen to be from Sweden or Belgium by any chance? Sweden has been removed from any kind of promotions due to some legal hubub, and Belgium has had a bunch of promos and bonuses also removed for the same reason. This is probably the most likely reason given your story, and also the easiest to cross out.

As for the rules of the promo, you seem to play every week so you might know them, but I'll specify anyway, that the loses have to be a net loss over the week (only cashgames, week is based on server time and not your local time), so losing a 200€ in a pot and then winning 400€ (the stack you commit to the pot +400) will put you at +200€ for the week, therefore ineligible for any ticket. Many people get this part wrong and report not receiving a ticket, which is why Patric mentioned the system not being wrong once in all this time, probabilistically it's overwhelmingly more likely that the reporting user got the rules wrong, particularly this one.

One other option might also be playing on some Kindred skin that isn't specifically Unibet, like Pokerihuone for example. Despite them being almost identical in every way, the promos might not line up perfectly sometimes, and might be changed / cancelled / be exclusive for a specific skin.

@NMPfan well then it all makes sense doesn't it
I really thought you just have to lose the money, not that it mathers how much you win as well. Thx.

Thanks @NMPfan once again for your spot-on explanation.

(Super) Double Trouble promotion is always based on the total losses you made between Monday and Sunday, so if you win on Monday 100 EUR and lose Saturday 80 EUR, you have a total of 20 EUR winnings for the week and do not qualify.

If it was based on how much you lose in one session, a. it could be easily be exploited, b. we would have 1000's of qualifiers since almost everybody has at least one losing session during a week, especially if they play multiple times per week

I'm happy to provide you the info of how much you won or lost during the week, if you send me a PM, obviously don't want to post this in public.

Thanks

I would have thought it was obvious that it was net for the week - otherwise you could even count it at the individual hand level rather than just whole sessions - but I just did a search for the rules and it came up with a unibet community thread where the same thing happened.

This comes up a lot in my (non-poker related) business - it's easy to write text that 90% of the customers will take how you want, the difficult thing is getting all 100% to take something all the same way.

@Patric - maybe the info on double trouble needs a few extra words like "overall" and "net" added in strategic places (also in the translations) - not because there's anything really wrong (at least I don't think so, can't find it now), but just to get more of that 10% to take it the same way as everyone else.

Agreed, sent a request to make it further clear to our Marketing Manager.

Thanks

I agree with LektorAJ, the promotion text needs an ineligible example like the ones above (not in the T&C)

Is there any news about what is happening at Unibet?

Yesterday i took me several try's to get logged in, today it doesnt work at all.
It says the servers do not react.

Edit: I got in now, still, this is annoying.

I'm not aware of any issues.
Does this happen in the poker client or on the main Unibet page?

Do you receive an error message, if so what exactly does it?
Could you share your user details here or via PM please?

Thanks

Hello, its time to make a comeback to Unibet tables next quarter. But first Id like to give some feedback & ask couple of Qs.

1.
A) Have you communicated new rakeback graph lately after that ~2016 one? I assume VIP system has changed quite a bit after that.
B) Have you communicated the differences between Unibet & Pokerihuone VIP system payouts (in terms of %)?

2. I see that VIP system still pay significant amount according to pre flop play&hands played rather than actual rake paid/post flop play. I think Unibet is the only poker site where NITs&tight players still benefit higher rakeback than Recreational players. This actually happens in two ways making the difference significant. First is the points given even though hand is folded pre flop. Second is the top heaviness of the VIP system - higher payouts come in the end were recreationals usually can not climb.

Should you consider changing the vip system paying even more points according to post flop play? What are your false arguments having not done so already? (no offence )

Thirdly, making the vip system more post flop heavy would benefit the players battling and keeping the tables open 2-4 handed where most of the hands will see the flop.

3) When are the next Unibet opens revealed? I already have Paris package so if I start playing the next one, would be nice to know where to travel.

Keep up the good work!

I can't find anything unusual on your account and I haven't received any other complaints of that regard.
Please take a screenshot if that happens again and I get it investigated.

1A. We have not posted one but I requested one and will share it here once received. Not too many changes have been implemented since then.

1.B. The payouts are identical for both sites for Finnish customers.

2. We plan to introduce a new or at least updated loyalty program in the near future (towards end of 2020 is the ETA right now), where will consider all mentioned factors in as well.

3. The goal is to have at least the first stop of 2020 announced by the time Paris qualifiers finish, we want to release the full schedule for next year as soon as possible but can't give any ETA for it at this stage.

Thanks

Anyone ever got any pay back from Unibet when they catch cheaters or can they be the one and only actor on the marker without cheaters?

I got 2 refunds but that was a few years back. Nothing since. This tells me that the site is not cheat proof but I can say the same about every other site as well.

For those of us who consider HUDs to be a form of cheating, Unibet is a lot more cheat proof than any other European site.

Maybe.

Using huds is not cheating when allowed to anyone. But using illegal huds to gain advantage is not fair to those who are not willing to take the chance to get banned. That is cheating for sure!!

Is there one that zooms in a bit closer on the first part of the graph? Say running from 0 to 1 million? Very few of us will be doing 3 million challenge points per quarter.
