There's a cap, ironically, to stop everything breaking if too many people enter. Obviously 2k was too low in retrospect.

Does the site work for everyone properly now?

pretty sure I wont reach far in the tourney but theres no payout info showing in my lobby. don't know if that effects others. other than that the tourney is running ok

don't know if info is correct as its saying 135 places are paid?

im pretty sure that was the same when I logged off about an hour before tourney kicked off

little bug for me but not serious, i was with 20,000 in omaha freeroll and after i was not able to reconnect. i have finish in 16th position (ochocinco).

missed the november freeroll by a half hour and can't leate reg. what the hell is the story with that. well pissed off.

One of our tournament monitors died (when it rains it pours). This is the machine that tells the client info on which tournaments are happening - that's what caused/causes the white swirly thing. There's still another tournament monitor but it's overtaxed now.

135 places: I think this is probably accurate. The payout schedule doesn't scale to infinity - after a certain number of entrants it just pays out the same numbers.

This is a problem from success. There're more entrants than we expected and that's caused the 2k cap problem and the 135 places pay-out problem.

it's already exceed it's cap 2133 players in it at the moment, i was logging in to point out it's gone over cap because i rushed home to register and could have turned up 1min before the start if i'd known the cap wasn't being enforced!

Late reg was 24 minutes.

We didn't really expect the cap to become a problem. I asked that it be raised as it had become one. I don't want to run promos then exclude people because it was too busy, but we have to have a cap in case we break the entire site. If we didn't set one and we had 8k entrants (implausible obviously), the site would have fallen over.

Connect-not connect-connect etc.etc. Problems, problems for many days now.

I can understand that they need 1-2 days to fix all the problems, but now it have lasted for many, many days! That`s to bad.

Hi Andrew just read the other posts, just like to add my point of view.

When we started the challenge the info for the challenge said this would be capped at 2,000 entrants. I only attempted the November challenges (including depositing to do it) because I thought the freeroll had value.

I wouldn't have liked it to be increased much past 2k, after being advertised as 2k cap

Don't worry, I shall spend some time staring out the window tomorrow to make up the time. Though actually, it's worth mentioning - the developers have a tougher time than me. Our main contact there has been up since 6am (EET) dealing with the various problems, and lots of people there have been in today. The technical error things were on Unibet's side, so lots of people have been working out of hours there too.

perhaps not, but every other site does. epsecially with freerolls where entrants have tickets to.

And here we go again....

"Buy-in failed because your login has expired, please login again"

And Im in the middle of session 7 tables open. This happens when I try to reload tables or open new ones...

It depends what the aim is. For this - yeh, it's low. It's because the tourney payout schedule doesn't go much beyond 1k players - way more people entered this than I expected (hence the cap being too low too). I'll add some more levels.

Most of the time we want to distribute money pretty widely with these kinds of promos. If it all goes to one player then a) not many people get to enjoy the promo and b) they probably just withdraw most of it (which isn't the end of the world, but ideally they'd play with it some).

There're opposite situations though, like with milestones. We want some big amounts won because it encourages people to play more at those times, because it helps us sell the promo and site in advance, and because we get PR from it afterwards.

Closed the client and started it again and it works now so not sure what the problem was. I could still play the tables that were open and the login screen did not pop up.

I just received a window while playing saying 'you have received a special mission' , what does this mean? I cannot find a new mission in the lobby or anywhere else in the client...
