I just saw this on the community, which is the greatest Unibet news in a long time for me. I completely stopped playing after Unibet stopped the ticket exchangers, but if they come back in the suggested form, that will definitely get me playing again! Any time frame for this?

Other question: In Holland a gambling law was accepted a few months ago, do you have any idea when Unibet will get a Dutch license and/or when Dutchies can access the community?

Hello,
I was playing SuperQualifier to Supernova 10 TIX (ID 12608130) and on addon break I was not able addon chips. I pressed on addon chips and nothing happened. At the same time the option disappeared and I did not have the option to addon anymore. The addon in this qualifier is twice the starting stack and it is unfair not to be able to have the option to addon while your opponents can have this option.

This is a question I can't really answer but I would hope that we will be one of the first ones to get a license once the regulation is properly implemented as Netherlands is one of our biggest markets.

The Community part was more of an internal decision, once it's regulated we can look into the possibility to implement to it as well, but I can't promise anything.

Hey,
have you had the same kind of bug again since then? Did you just started the client and some games or were you playing for a while?

It would just close the client and return to your desktop?

It's the first time I hear about this kind of issue, please let me know if this happens again to take further steps on investigating the source of issue.

Hi All,

I'not the guy who loves talking **** on forums, but this story I have to share. Think before you start playing on Unibet. I have loved playing on Unibet for years but the story below does not contribute to the fun I had there.

I played last week an MTT with 5 players left. I knocked out the shortstack but all of a sudden the MTT got cancelled. The MTT was cashed out following there ICM rules. But when I checked the transaction history I did not receive the bounty for knocking out the shortstack. I went to support, explained the situation, send below screenshot where I have over 200k in chips and asked what happend. This was there replay:





The tournament was cancelled with 5 players remaining and players got paid according to our policy:
>> As the chipleader he got most money: 48.71 EUR

The chipcounts and payouts (excluding bounties) were:
>> 168508 chips 48.71 EUR
>> 137060 chips 45.66 EUR
>> 112150 chips 42.77 EUR
>> 62094 chips 35 EUR
>> 44188 chips 31.24 EUR"


Clearly to see on the screenshot I have over 200k. I'm sure there was 4 left, even there are only 3 remaining players on the screenshot. Maybe they already removed a player due to the cancellation. The point is that I have played a hand, KO'd a player, did not receive the bounty and also got not the money I deserve. I also told support to check my hand history but they just don't.

After sending the screenshot again, explain there is a difference in there calculations and my screenshot they come back with:

Regretfully you did not add new information and therefor there is nothing we can do more for you.

If you have additional information that can show us the difference, we will be happy to investigate.

Unreal, I understand they cant take money of the guy who got ICM pay'd out 5th place. How much evidence you need to see there calculations does not compare with the situation? IMO Unibet should take there responsibility. They should check the hands I played, calculate on 4 players left and give me the bounty I deserve for the final hand.

This support level, where I always was super positive about them, is just under any level you may expect.

Think about it when you want to play here, if they treat you like this when the mistake is clearly on there side.

Hey, it happened twice at least, possibly three times. I had been playing less than an hour I think, off peak times and only on a few tables, and the client would just close.

Hasn't happened today after playing a lot, I'll let you know if it happens again.

Hi,
I have sent you a PM with further explanation.

I took care of the case initially and you are right, it was handled incorrectly (which is my fault, not CS).

The problem was, that the tournament was cancelled but the hand was still dealt and played out and you knocked out a player and the results showed to me as 5 players remaining and the pay outs were also made on that assumption.

I have now compensated this and hope it didn't cause you too many troubles.

Once again, I apologize for this and if you come across any issues in the future, feel free to PM me directly and I promise to investigate whatever might be wrong.

It looks like you are missing some assets, could you try to uninstall, download the app again and install it?

For now it's only planned for UO but UK Tour might be a possibility in the near future too depending how the trend goes in those.

when I play tournaments it doesn't show which place I'm in when I change aliases. It shows -/13 instead of actual place I'm in. Never used to happen before...

any chance of of adding "remember layout" feature? Right now you can only tile layout. Kinda annoying always shuffling tables around for people with bigger monitors...

Got to say the updates for the client on android are awful.

When multi tabling the sliding tables is really tilting and terrible on the eye. It was far better the way it was.

Topping up your stack is more difficult too. You have to do 4 actions now which is a pain.

Also it took me ages to find the sit out options. You can no longer click one tab and leave all tables next BB, you have to do it for each individual table.

Didn't enjoy the playing experience at all due to these things.

Hello,

I have a question about UOS tickets, I think that I stacked more 50 and 100 (E79) tickets than I possibly will need to play all remaining events for UOS. I remember in past events Unibet converted those in regular MTT tickets. Is this still working the same?

If you're talking about still getting alerted when you've already pressed the 'Fold to any bet' button then yeah, that's still happening, although you can turn it off in the settings.
This issue was reported by someone else just a few months ago and acknowledged by Unibet, furthermore I reported the same issue years ago not long after the version 2 software was released and it was fixed then but has obviously since been reintroduced.
