it's a known issue we have, it happens very rarely fortunately.
Next week we have a new release that should improve reconnections and automatically improve or hopefully eliminate that issue at all.

Did you keep the server time in mind? All promotions are based on server time (UTC), so if you are on CET, server time is one hour behind right now.

- technical error #4 is back, pretty much once a day, i can close client and relogin, and then it wil register again for the tournaments.
- some lobby-lag lately, where the tournament lobby is not updated directly (delay up to about 5 minutes)
- can we have a rebuy counter somewhere in the lobby (preferably also in the bottom left tourney info on the table), so that we know how many rebuys we spend in that game

I've re-added the expired tickets (1x 1 EUR UK Tour and 2x 4 EUR UK Tour).
Could you please explain what technical error #4 is? Could you provide a screenshot and a bit more details please?
Lobby issues we are aware of and are being worked on, we cancelled freerolls on busy Sundays for that reason, to see if there are improvements.
We also are working on the tournament monitor and hardware improvements, so hopefully we will see improvements in that regard soon.
I have added your rebuy count to the list of improvements but I'm honestly not sure, if it will happen anytime soon as we have other priorities to take care of, but thanks for the feedback!
