Can someone explain to me how exactly the cashgame tickets work?
I have 15k bonus points, that gets me 1200€ for NL400 (???)
Does that money just get credited into my account?
Can I buy in with it at NL400 play two hands and then leave?

You have to see a set amount of flops (depending on the value) using that ticket in order to release the full amount of your ticket.

So if you sit down at a table with a ticket any winnings (and losses) count towards your ticket and once you saw enough flops the full amount gets paid to your account.

You can split your ticket between more than one table to get there faster.

Thanks a lot
So the only difference between a cashgameticket and a bonus is that the cg ticket is dependend on flops and the bonus on rake?

The cash game ticket gives you that value to play with, if you buy a bonus but have no bankroll you can't clear it.

But playing for rewards that gives you money does? I assume you don't care about the avatars you mentioned?

The other feature of cash game tickets is that if the value drops below 50BB then it just gets credited to your account as you can no longer buy in with it.

If the value is at 50-100 BB then you might not be too happy at having to buy-in short with it.

On the other hand I haven't played much since summer and failed to clear a bonus that I thought I was so clever to wait and save to points buy to get the bigger discount on face value, so you need to be certain your circumstances aren't going to change if you go that route (or just buy smaller bonuses without a significant discount).

I had opened an account years ago but never really played poker (only some sports betting).
Do I get any bonus for new deposits? is there a rake back or bonus point system? I've checked the site but all I could find was a christmas calendar mission based on playing sng, which i don't do. i just play cash games

is there maybe a link that i have missed?

So all challenges that I complete until the end of this month really mean nothing to me.
Since your major and minor challenges don't really mean something other than means to pump up challenge points, and you also have Bonus points, my suggestion is to completely remove challenge points and only have Bonus points which don't reset every 3 months. This way we could also acquire points via challenges while playing, but it would make much more sense; your players would be more motivated to play on Unibet because they would actually have a real system which rewards their long-term loyalty to the site, instead of rewarding short-term volume.
We chose on purpose a system that is not 'traditional rakeback', therefore paying out just bonus points and cutting challenge points completely is not an option in our current system.

Don't forget that we always have other promotions and missions running on top of our challenge system, so there should always be something to play for.

Most of your questions already got answered perfectly, I just want to add a few things: 100 bonus points equals one € in value, therefore 15k bonus points, would be 150€ in value.

Cashgame tickets always have an expiry time of 7 days, however if you see one flop, it automatically extends to a week again.

So, if you plan on going on a longer trip, don't buy a CG before, otherwise it might expire and we cannot extend them manually.

If you had a different welcome bonus, you cannot get the poker bonus in addition, if you never used a welcome bonus before, CS can assist you to opt you in to the poker welcome bonus.

The welcome bonus depends on the country where you from, you can find it on the according page where you play from.

You can find our main loyalty system (challenges) here

In addition to that we have missions and monthly promotions that change constantly.

If you have any more questions, please let me know.

Hey @UnibetPatric, I have a similar issue like Ariebombarie. I have 26x10€ UK tickets (16 expired on 27-28 dec and 10 will expire in 5 days), but from removing the daily 10€ sats I can't use those tickets. Would you please exchange those tickets to UK 1€. Thanks!

Would it be possible to have the flip tournaments open registration much, much earlier?

I get why freerolls don't open early as you don't want too many people sitting out, but that doesn't apply for flips and it's not a great user experience to win a flip ticket for a mission then you click on it and you find registration for the tournament opens after you go to work the next morning. There should be at least one open for the user to register in whatever the time of day they win it.

+1 i was just saying this to my friend. I have only caught 1 of those flips on the current promo.

It would be good if you could just auto register everybody and have more prizes, decrease the amount of flips to once a week, on a day where there is the least MTT traffic.

Why would you want 260 €1 tickets?

I know this won't make it top of your dev's to-do-list, but since you now complete challenges much more frequently it would be nice if one could disable the notifications for completed challenges.

Hi Everybody,

Happy Xmas and (in advance) a Awesome 2019!!!!

Because of the holidays (me socializing, eating and drinking way too much) i kinda "forgot" to check the expiry dates of some of the uk tickets i had....or at least i was too late to use them in time.

On the 27th of decembre i had 9x 1UK expire, i wanted to make this post yesterday because then i could have rechecked exactly how many tickets expired yesterday (on the 28th of decembre) (it is very hard to count with the scroll thing when you have big numbers of expiring tickets but i guess that was a luxury problem which is gonna solve itself ), out of memory i think it was 23,27 or 28x 1UK that expired on the 28th.

Also fwiw i calculated/planned out how the tickets are gonna get used, and im sure i am not gonna request anything else after this regarding uk tour/unibet open tour tickets and the removal of the exchangers.

TLDR; can you revive my 32?(36/37)x 1UK tickets please?
Alias: CarlCox

Offtopic:
I also noticed that on the 1€ SNG tickets you can win (in the 10 cent flip twice a day) there is only 7 days expiry i think, you can forget about my expired ticket (also on 28th ), but maybe for future winner 14 days is more fair/better, since i personally think 7 days is a bit short for expiry dates on tickets that we win in tournaments that we buy into for money.

Thanks, Happy Holidays, and a Awesome New Year Every1

Yeah. It has not happened since though. It happened on a handful of flops, I then just shut down the software/reopened it and it was as normal. Funny though, as I was set-mining in a couple of those 2 card flops
Spoiler:
but I assumed that the 3rd card did not hit me and just folded

The "2 card flop" bug has been appearing sporadically for about a year. If you have the "text display of hand-strength" thing in the bottom right corner, you can at least tell when you've hit an invisible set.

Its not a bug, its a feature. You Dubnjoy000 are so good you dont need 3 cards, those are for rookies.
