we had another server issues during night unfortunately, we are looking into the issue at this moment and where it comes from.

Regarding the refunds, as NMPfan already said, our tournament cancellation policy comes into place: http://help.swdev.relaxg.net/poker-r...lation-policy/

So whenever a tournament already started, the chip count comes partly into play, so if you were super short in a 2-man SNG, you could get less than the buyin back.

If you have received a refund but you feel something is wrong with the amount, please contact CS or PM me with username and affecting tournament/s and I will look into it.

We are working hard to get it fixed as soon as possible, but you can imagine it's not the easiest task ever, so I kindly ask you for patience in this matter.

What does the last sentence exactly mean? What is an "undecided and unresolved bet in incomplete games" exactly?

Darn, I was fed up of averaging a crash every 2h on my mac air, so I went and bought a Mac pro at a hefty price and 10h into my new laptop Unibet grind, I have had nonetheless 2 crashes Still less then previously (small sample size, I know), but is there any Mac Pro users out there that never get a crash while multi-tabling? I play 8 tables and was running absolutely nothing else with Unibet, not even a browser (CPU in the 60-65% area as opposed to 80-120% on my previous mac air).

to add to the latter : just got 3 more crashes in one hour UnibetPatric, please do not decrease the amount of time allocated for disconnections/in between decisions... Pretty pretty please

@NINzent Just because this seems to be a very weird bug to have while others don't I'll repeat the answer you already got in this thread. Are you sure you activated the "Show Balance" button by clicking on it? (the little circle before it) it's a feature of unibet, you can show or hide it. Maybe you already did it and this is of no help, but looks deactivated in the screenshot.

I had this glitch today for maybe 30 seconds upon logging in. But then I became disappointed when it worked.

Why don't you just go to unibets website and log in. You can see your balance there. If that's really a bug you have.

I had to investigate that further as I didn't know the answer to this as it seems odd for poker. Apparently it's a sentence that we were required to add due to some licensing/jurisdiction restrictions. It is totally nonsensical in poker, and doesn't apply to anything really happening there however.

I requested to get a special build for Mac for you (the one I once shared with you was for Windows). Once I have it, I will PM you and we can investigate your issues further, does that sound ok to you?

Apologies for the troubles you're causing but we need your cooperation in these cases to get it solved.

The problem with the crashes after closing the software has been identified and solved now and will be fixed on our next release. Thanks to those that helped us with that.

We are also not changing the time limits for decisions anytime soon.

As NMPfan said, you probably clicked by accident on the little green button to hide your balance, just click on it again and it should be visible.

I used to have a problem when clicking on tourney tickets and there is a similar green button which hides/shows closed registrations. It wouldn't show closed regs for me no matter whether it was selected or not. If I clicked back and forth a couple of times and then waited a few seconds, it would then usually show the closed registrations, but it was definitely buggy. Lately (for more than a year) it has worked fine and instantly though. Intuitively, the button is a pain to notice and to work with though.

I can login fine but if this happens again just wait it out. It has something to do with the ubs servers and it happened a week or two ago allso.

No issue for me. I am playing tournaments, maximum 6 at time. But I am using desktop computer and I have not upgraded to Mojave yet. I am running High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G3025). Sometimes Unibet crashes when I quit but I press ignore...

Banzai (and cashgame traffic in general) will die when the new SpinGo format (Hexapro) comes in.

I'd say all non mtt formats will take a hit. This innovation hurts me as a player and Unibet Poker hasn't shown any improvements in 2018 and have no growth in Canada.
I have some MTT tickets but after this update there will likely be little reason to stick around.

Why? I play cash and have zero interest playing these games. And can't imagine any other reg would either switch from cash to lotterygames. Well if you are losing playing cash then maybe. These are just raken'gos with different name right?
