First time I hear about this one. Could you try and delete the full Unibet Poker folder after deinstalling, so nothing is left and then try again to install?

Haha I have the same. My balance was showing up fine and displayed in € but after I did my first cashout in £ it has been ???? ever since. To be fair it shows up fine if you just click on either withdraw or deposit.

The dot beside 'Show Balace' is selectable and allows you to switch between having your balance visible and '???'

People still getting confused by the show balance button really suggests changing it to look a bit more like a slider or actual button is required.

Maybe Relax can take a little time off adding awesome features like a notification of how many free spins you have on a slot or changing the casino icons to do something useful for the poker side of the client for once

this is a feedback about this month's monthly mission:
I think it is much worse than usual, and here are the main reasons why:

1.) First we get 5 spins on Wild Chase slot. OK. But then in the next step instead of getting 10 spins on another slot (as usual), we get 5 spins on the same slot again. Not really fun or motivating.

2.) €5 BANZAI ticket ? Really bad idea, 90%+ players will lose it in first 50 flops, and playing Banzai with half a ticket is really not a choice. €4 NL or PL or SNG would have been much better.

3.) €10 MTT ticket as a last reward. This means that players have only about 15% chance of actually getting something out of this ticket, while usually it was a cash ticket which is much more solid and motivating.

In the end, as a casual player, I must say that it really wasn't worth it unlocking those rewards and I hope that you will return to your usual rewards in the following months.

The client is working again now and I got a message that my buy-in was refunded. But I rebought a couple of times and did an add-on as well. Also I was registered for another tournament and I'm not sure if that buy-in has been refunded.

Who should I contact?

Yes, it seems like only the buy in was refunded and rebuys/addons not, we are collecting a list of players affected and once done will refund accordingly.

Please give us a bit of time until this is done.

Access declined error is happening again. How do you plan to compensate people who had significant chip lead in sng-s and were kicked out of the client like myself? Somone could have had 10:1 chipead in 200e sng and you would just refund the ticket?

So if you're ITM in a 5man SNG then no, it's not just a refund, but if it's a HU SNG then yes, I guess. The hing is that this way of refunding was designed for MTT's where something like this makes sense, but is quite unfair for SNG if it's applied like this.
