I've noticed also there is some weird bug sometimes when viewing replay, that instead of avatar it displays stack amount in a distorted kind of way, but I don't have a shot of it.

I get the "APPCRASH error" message too and it's since an update at the end of August.
Probably it's caused by missing DLLs and the reinstall can't fix it.

There is a bug report in the community which gives more detailed info about this and the crashes(not so frequent lately).

Although this problem is nothing compared to the disconnections and the crashes it is simply annoying to end every session getting this error.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

It's hard for us to fix something if we don't know the source of a problem and it's not really sure why it works fine for some people, while others have constant issues. So we really need your help in this regard to make your play experience as good as possible.

Must admit I was disappointed when I visited the website. Doesn't seem a patch on the hotels I've stayed at with Unibet in the past (Malta, Bucharest etc). Hopefully won't be as bad as it looks. Bad is probably the wrong word to use. It just doesn't seem as good as the others.

Hey at least when on top of that they keep constantly changing/cutting sats schedule, when they force-fill each and every _ guarantee, 150 eur a night will cover the cost of a 3* hotel, or Bucharest in January, right.

Please note that all packages for all stops have the same value and some destinations are more expensive than others. Therefore the hotels in Bucharest or Malta are obviously better since the average per night is a lot less for those than London or Dublin, there's always pros and cons when going to a certain destination.

Hope you understand that. Also note that the package includes all the other benefits like dinner (which is usually not included in hotel price), welcome drinks and players party. If you sum this up, the value is actually accurate, we don't do Unibet Opens to make big profits.

Do bonus points expire?

Apologies - I hope it didn't come across that I was implying we were being short changed. As you say, the figures definitely add up and when you say Unibet don't do Unibet Opens to make big profits, I'd be surprised if you made any profit at all given what we get.

However, as you say the hotels in Malta and Bucharest are better, and having not stayed in Dublin before I was expecting something different, especially as Copenhagen is extremely expensive and that hotel also looks better. This hotel keeps coming up when you look at other poker tours in Dublin so it's clearly the place to stay for whatever reason.

As long as you log in at least every 3 months into the poker client, they won't expire.

I understand, in the choice of the hotel many factors come into play, not just how expensive it is but also if there is the space and capability to host an event like this. Players always like to stay as close as possible to the casino where it takes place, preferably be able to go to their hotel room or have food with their friends/family during breaks and similar.

I'm not involved in the organizing of the events or hotels but from what I can see the Bonnington is being used for quite some events, so they probably have a good reputation already which definitively will play a role as well.

I'm sure the hotel will be good enough, even if it might not be as high class as the 5* hotels in Bucharest or Malta.

I for one am looking to UO in Dublin and I think the hotel is fine

edit : can we buy-in with debit/credit cards into the side events at the UO (like the Highroller) or does it have to be cash?

You can buy in with cash (EUR, GBP or USD) or by cards, however on cards there is a 3% charge fee.

Unibetsupport does not answer anymore and I cannot contact the community, so I am trying it here. Supposedly more people have(had) this problem, any solution?

I can play at partypoker(cannot win there) without problems, but when I play unibet(firefox, windows 10), only one table will pop up and I get a beep when it is my turn on one of the other tables. I then have to go to the taskbar to open that table and the other table will disappear to the taskbar again, this way I cannot follow the action and it is a big hassle to play. On my previous computer I did not have this problem.
Unibetsupport only came up with an answer about mu audiosettings(left side all on) but that did not help.

I remember the case, it got assigned to me.

On browser you can play multiple tables, however they will all be in the same window, there is no option to tile them. At the top you can see the different tables and hands you have and once it's your turn there is an animation and a sound.

If you want to tile tables properly you need the desktop version software, the browser version is not really ideal for multiple tables.

I am/was trying to play the desktop download version, where I am having these problems.
Support now asked me for a short film and log files, I was hoping for a simple answer.

I know, I asked them to. I couldn't reproduce your issue, for me it works totally fine on the desktop software, when in action the table pops up, I have the correct sounds and works fine in general.

It's the first time I hear about this kind of problem, so yeah the requested docs would be helpful to see what is going wrong in your case.

UnibetPatric, while I (usually) love the promotions offered by Unibet, I don't get why a 10E cash ticket is offered as the 2nd step of the gold token progress Is it to deter us from even trying to win a Unibet Open package?

Hear me out : most of us getting gold tokens play 200-400 as their usual game and winning a 10E cash ticket is useless nowadays since

A) We will not go play 10NL-PLO (unless it was to lose half of the ticket prize/collect the cash)

B) We can no longer trade it in.

So as a default strategy, I will always collect 400 bonus points even though I would much prefer to win bigger prizes

Because he said that the exchangers on Sundays will be removed, but there are exchangers on Mondays (at least in my timezone).

please note that the ladder starts at bronze with 10 bonus points, so basically gold starts at a higher stage automatically than the lower levels but it's one combined ladder.

Also it is a flip, therefore you have a 50:50 chance to win the hand, in most steps therefore the prizes double (10 BP, 20 BP, 40 BP) but for the non bonus points prizes it goes up to 2.5x which means that a flip is profitable since you can win 2.5x of what you 'invested'.

Therefore a 10€ cash ticket doesn't seem good for you but for the ones that came from Bronze or Silver it does. If you don't want the Cash Ticket, you can always decide to flip again and have a 50% to get 2k bonus points instead.

All ticket exchangers will be removed, the according time zone is always UTC which is our server time.

The system as it is, was very cost heavy for us and we could not maintain it anymore, even if I understand that some of you will not be happy with that decision.
