I did get them before and was unable to log in but the login seems fine for me at the moment can't reproduce the error

yes, exactly the same issues reoccuring, also the opened tables show the message on the bottom "you have been disconnected" as well

unable to play longer than 15 minutes without being disconnected tonight so i give up.

i really respect unibet as a company and love their poker product but if this continues for much longer i'm genuinely considering removing my roll.

I believe there've been no disconnection reports lately. Anyone still having trouble?

r3musko: that image doesn't work, I think it's hosted on your dropbox and only you can see it. What happened?

yes, at about 20:46 CET client stopped responding, after while showed up "disconnected" instead of buttons. so i tried close/open client and that gives me that message. same thing happend about 5 minutes later still on that game

Andrew,

I got logged out of the client several times this morning.
I also had pokerstars running playing zoom and there was zero disconnect or even any lag on that client so definitely not an issue with my internet.

Table would say disconnected, and then I would check main client window and it was showing the login screen.

Pretty tilting stuff.

We THINK that disconnection problems are fixed, but we can't be 100% sure yet.

If anyone gets disconnected after this post, could they post the time and their login name or alias please?

If anyone gets "technical error" on login, could they post the time and PM me their IP please?

These will help us track down where exactly the problems are.

I have couple disconnects in the last 30 minutes.
(sometimes I need to relog 2-3 times to get back to the tables)
with the alias "Livas".

Andrew,

Alias I was playing as this morning was same as here.

To be honest didn't note down times it disconnected. But as a guide to help you track it down, I don't think I had any genuine timeouts (that were my fault). So just look for the times I timed out if that is possible from history.

By the way not expecting any compensation, as luck would have it would probably have ended up (or should have) folded most of them anyway I think.

Just reporting so you are aware.

it just keeps happening to most of the people at the table. now it was my turn to get dc'ed


apparently it affects most of the players, at one time the table had 3 ppl sitting out because of this problem
