Replay Rewards and the new loyalty scheme are separate promotions. As far as I'm aware the selection method for players to get a Replay Reward does not actually include any metrics regarding community engagement at the moment and it was put on the promo page to future proof.

The cash game tickets timer resets as long as you play 1 flopped hand within a 7 day period. They only expire if you don't play a single hand in 7 days.

Bug fixes

• Improvements to Timebank: we have changed how the timebank is calculated to hopefully reduce the number of times players are involuntarily folded when timebank kicks in. As the timebank activation and calculation is dependent on the communication between client and server we can experience issues in rare cases if the load between these is extremely high but hopefully this change will remedy most of the timebank cases.

Is it allowed? If not can it still be used for other sites and disabled for Unibet?

Officially it's against the T&Cs because it interacts with the Unibet client but we're not coming after you if you use it. I made contact with the developers to ensure that the only feature available for Unibet is resizing/repositioning of tables and they were happy to comply.

Will this change in the future, possibly, but I'm in the corner of tilers being fine as long as resizing/repositioning is all they do. It's the smallest step beyond the tiling options we already have IMO.

I'm assuming you're in BE? There were issues last night with one of the regulatory systems and it started triggering player blocks for BE customers. It should be resolved now but let me know if you're account still has issues as I believe some of the work was manual and accounts may have been missed from the bulk unblock.

This has been resolved. It might take a day to update as I've updated the template but that won't affect any instances that are already in the client.

- Carryover from Q2 2021 to Q3 2021 will be dealt with manually as the new loyalty system takes effect. Bonus Points will be credited based on the value of rewards that would have been received at the start of Q3 via the old loyalty system.

- Customers that have raked €2,205+/€9,005+ in Q2 2021 will also be manually upgraded to the 12x/18x Bonus Points multiplier at the start of the Q3 2021.

It's 18% vs 12% rakeback so 6% difference.

For Cash you can request a game stats report for the quarter from CS and it'll include rake paid.

For Hexapro/MTT/SNG you earn 1 challenge point for every 1c in rake paid so your challenge points total will tell you rake paid.

Why has the panic button been removed from the tables for German accounts?
