I have "1100 unibet open online" ticket can anybody explain me what tournament is it?when is it gonna run en what it means 1100 euro, is that size of pot or is that ticket valua?

What online hand replayers do people use? Looking for something that I can just c/p a unibet HH into and preferably shows pot odds.

I have been checking the tournament prizes during the winter and this spring too, but I see they dropped even more. At least the 1000euro noon Sputnik dropped from 1000euro to 600euro, and now I see it's 500euro. I understand you might be losing some money because not enough players sign up, but these lower prizes will result in even lower number of players signing up. Personally I don't have time to play in evenings, and this was the only decent tournament that was running during the day, but this low prize is killing it

when are the new pre-set bet buttons expected to be ready to start using?

Apologies, didn't mean to miss this out. There has never really been a discussion regarding adding a universal HUD while I've been here. I personally don't have any strong feelings for or against it. I've never paid much attention to the RIO/GG HUDS because of either small sample or because I play MTTs mostly.

Would be interested to hear if anyone has any strong opinions for/against.

The Next Unibet Open will be in late May. As the tournament isn't in the schedule yet it'll look like there is nothing to play but it will appear eventually.

As long as you complete at least one major Challenge by the time a quarter ends, you will receive partial credit for any Challenges you have partially completed in the same game format.

If you earn more than 500.000 Challenges points in a given quarter, any excess points you earn in between pay-out stages will be carried over to the following quarter.

Looks like you didn't earn 500k challenge points and didn't complete a step in the active minor/major challenges you had when the quarter ended.

14x €5 UK and 10x €1 UK were converted to 8k BP originally, 1x €5 UK converted to generic, which has now been converted to BP.

I managed to do the 5-way family pot challenge very quickly at NL4 (maybe less than 20 hands) this month, possibly as I was doing it at the start of the month and I suspect there were others at the table going for the same thing - we had a few 4-ways before we got there. It was really difficult to do it at the end of the month last time so I suspect that's what was happening.

Not sure how well that matches up with your aims in having that challenge.

Hey I have two Unibet Open Package Freeroll Tickets for the quarterly freerolls.

I can't use either of them to reg this weeks freeroll. I click the freeroll and it says i have no tickets. This is clearly incorrect. The tickets show nothing under the 'use in any of these games'.

This happened last quarter, a ticket expired and support refused to give me another ticket. I would like to avoid this happening again.

This is a strange situation. Unibet has decided to terminate the contract. I know that this is your right. The money was transferred to me in Skrill. I also played in many qualifiers for the Unibet Open and got tickets for 600-700 euros. Why didn't you cash out the tickets? I hope they help me here so as not to write to the regulator.

One of your tickets was issued in Dec 2020 and would have been for reaching the 100k points threshold in Q4 2020 and eligible to use in the Q4 freerolls that ran at the start of Jan 2021.

The other ticket was credited on 01/04/2021 and was part of your points rolling over from Q1 2021 into Q2 2021. This ticket will be valid for the Q2 freerolls that will take place at the start of July.

If you can give me a table alias I can check your account for you. I expect it's something similar to above.

Not paying out the tickets is likely to relate to why your account was closed. If you can give me a table alias I can check your account and find out why it was suspended.

1. Seizing the funds within Player account;
2. Suspending or terminating Player account due Terms infringement

32. One player using multiple accounts to enter multiple times into a single tournament is not permitted, and may result in penalties including a warning, disqualification from the tournament (with partial or full forfeiture of winnings), and barring from Unibet.

Are you seriously?! I just shared my freeroll password. Freeroll tournament! It was rash. Do not think that I have created another account, this is prohibited. I don't know the names of the players at the table, I play fair. You should see this.
My fault is my kindness. Unibet has no reason to take honest money. You can disqualify me from the tournament or issue a warning, but closing my account and freezing winnings in other tournaments is too much for this case. You have shown that you have a good security service. Please reconsider your decision.

It's not my decision to reconsider and it's not related to giving out freeroll passwords.
