Worked for me as well, but unibet should make sure that when they update their client the auto-update feature works correctly.

When you install, try to select another folder/directory. Just add a 1 at the end of "Unibet Poker" for instance

There was an issue in last months release, so players updating within the first two days or so, they'd have issues with future updates. Only way to fix it is to uninstall and re-install

Now I suddenly got my balance via Skrill (I didnt request it) and cant login anymore

For those having trouble with the update, I had to uninstall and redownload and then reinstall, but then it says some error, to fix this I changed the name of the root directory where unibet is installed and then it worked

My Unibet challenges have hardly been updating, even though I've put in a lot of volume this month so far. I don't know how many Sit & Go's I've played, but I scored a total of 1451 points on the Sit & Go promotion leaderboard so far by mixing €25,-, €50,- and €100,- 5-max Sit & Go's. I also played a handful of €50,-, €100,- and €200,- 2-max Sit & Go's. Despite this, I hardly ever see my points in the Challenges interface updating and I never get a notification at the top of my tables that I cleared a challenge for x amount of points. I wouldn't be surprised if I registered for €50K in Sit & Go buy-ins this month, yet I've accumulated no more than 41,450 points. There's obviously something wrong. The challenge interface is also stuck at the Minor challenge 'Be dealt two hearts in your starting hand' and the Major challenge 'Have a full house using at least one of your hole cards'.

Can you guys look into this and notify me if you need any information from me to sort this out? Can you also let me know how I can be compensated for this?

Challenges are no longer available,you now make 100points for every euro raked.And because theres no rake at 5man sng this month obv theres no rakeback.

Challenges for SNGs were removed at the start of Q4 and you now earn 1 point for every 1c raked. With the 25-100 5-max SNGs being rake-free you're not generating any points.

It's got a 60 day clearance from what I remember and more levels than a normal bonus so that the clearance steps are smaller at the start.

there is a bug on the software when starting 4 tables it open only 3, and one is in white where I can't have access even after reloading the software. It's at least since yesterday, I was thinking it was just a bug and I was not sit but it was obvious this morning that I had too much money took from my account for the amount of tables I could see. And I have no idea how much buy-in I have lost just because of this as I couldn't see those table ..
