Meant tables, great to hear it will get fixed. If you open different clients and make all the tables the same size the font for player names and more importantly chip stacks are much smaller on Unibet than anywhere else, even though there is plenty of avaliable space to size up the font a bit.

Nice Andy! I like the background color and the shadow of the money. My table theme is also grey and this makes it more clear. I do also graphic/web design and I would also make it like this. Lots of shadows.... I would also make a shadow around the play buttons and text (Fold,Call and Raise). But this looks also good. Keep it up and thanks again for sharing!

Will the rakeback for Belgian players be re-evaluated when the new software comes out? I have been playing more on other sites like bwin and stuff, they still offer bonusses. But I still prefer Unibet above all sites. I would like to be back 'fulltime'. I just miss unlocking tourney tickets, avatars, etc.

That's something you should ask the Belgian government rather than Unibet as I'm sure it has to do with the current Belgian legislation.

The re-design and the issues with the BE market are completely separate in terms of resources and time. Relax are dealing with the re-design and Kindred's legal team are looking into the BE regulations. We want to give Belgian players challenges, mission, rewards and promos but we also don't want to do anything that breaks any of the rules and regulations set out by the Belgian government. It isn't about trying to make a quick buck by giving 0% RB to Belgian players, it's hurting us more to have players leave than to have promotions running.

We're aware other sites are offering rakeback and promotions but until we're 100% sure that what we're going to offer is completely within the regulations we can't risk enabling anything.

I can appreciate it's very frustrating for you because it's also very frustrating for us but unfortunately anything relating to legislation and regulations takes time and being in the middle of a pandemic is probably slowing down the process even further.

it was super hard for me to find info on rake for the site. found a unibet.co.uk rake table but it seems outdated and the only source for the latest rake structure a google search could produce was an unibet forum thread where the new rake structure is announced on page 18 or so. and im still not sure whats the rake like on the site.
id like to express my dislike with the fact that you cant find anything about rake on unibet.com or unibet.de - or anywhere basically. its like rake wouldnt even exist. some people might find that even fraudulent since the customer is not informed at all that rake is being taken.
that practice doesnt fit the good impression i have from your interaction here and overall site poker economy policies. its frustrating, disappointing and concerning and should be changed.

The rake information can be found on any Unibet site by clicking on "Help" at the top right of the home page and searching for rake in the help centre.

I'll agree there appears to be some SEO issues where the old help centre seems to appear in Google searches rather than the current one with the correct information but we're certainly not hiding it.

There are too many 6 max tourneys at Unibet now, you should add more 8 or 9 max tables unless you want to end up like Winamax....

Unibet is by far my favourite site out there, but the random disconnects costing me quite a bit of money everytime are getting annoying.
