I've got some problem and hoping you are the one to solve them because i couldn't find live support or helping center (just FAQ) where i can create a ticket.

let me describe the case:

i had 2 account on neteller because long time ago i had gold VIP status and i could have more accounts in other currencies. but my VIP is over.
a few days ago they decided i can only keep one of them. so i kept the one which has different email address and not the one i used to deposit on your site.

i know i should withdraw my money with the method i used on your site. but in this case that method is not available anyome. unfortunately i can not manually delete the registered neteller account on your site to be able to add the other one which is left for me.

could you do it for me? (delete the current neteller method) and if so is guess i should deposit first and then i can withdraw some.

and another question: i know some pokersites (perhaps all?) only takes deposits from neteller/skrill... if the registered email on their site is the same as the deposit method uses. so should i change my email on the unibet website?

Tables will be the same size as present in redesign. There is a way to choose how big the tiled tables will be on your screen but I can't remember the process off the top of my head. Will get something posted on Monday to explain.

concerning the Hexapro race. Don't you think a system of "points chase" would be more interesting for players and Unibet ? Because of the race operation, players don't have the same time zone, so it affects the amount of games they will play. For example, if in your time zone the race is ending at 3 am you will most likely not fight to keep your rank. But if the race would be "reach this amount of points to get 5€ ", "reach this amount to unlock 10€" etc. I guess players would play more because they will have points target to reach and they will know it will not change depending of other players.

Hi. Does anyone else have a problem where they need to submit login credentials twice to log in to the desktop client? I submit once and it just brings up the form again and I need to enter my password again after which I get logged in. This happens every time currently.

I have that issue on my iPad but not on desktop nor iPhone, weird.

Edit, selecting my country fixed it.

Sorry guys, should elaborate a bit. For now, it's just the top-up icon that is moved to your avatar area, from the top. It will still launch the confirmation window.
I've got it as an improvement to have a setting for one-click top-up (always max), but unlikely it'll be ready in September

I can now confirm that if you click the "Current Size" button when tiling it'll resize all your open tables to the same size as the table you did the tiling from. You can play around with this to get the gapless tiling you desire. You can also save the setup with the button in the tiling menu.

is anything going to change regarding auto log out? I often register for MTT and get logged out while waiting for it to start....maybe a warning sound or something?

Ratholing is a bit of an unknown at this stage, as most resources are put on the redesign right now. It will happen (specs shared in this thread a while ago), but there's so much stuff happening right now that I can't say exactly when.
As soon as the redesign is done, there's the new loyalty system, which has a non-monetary aspect as well, requiring a lot of resources. New loyalty goes live 1st of January, and as soon as that's done, there'll be time for some of the long-awaited smaller changes.
With redesign most likely going live in September and new loyalty being 1st of January, we have to go back to the launch many years ago, before we find as exciting a time with as big changes

Still high on the backlog, but with the big projects there aren't a lot of resources to deal with the backlog items at the moment. I am sorry we didn't manage to deliver it in first half of 2020. It wasn't really that optimistic an estimate at the time, but you can never really know what compliance projects etc. come up, and we also ended up including more in the redesign than I thought we would - which is obviously great, but it does have an impact on for instance the ratholing mitigation.

Right now we've got 50 or so items related to the redesign, which I think we have to handle, before we consider looking at bigger backlog items. We wouldn't want to repeat the launch of V2 of the client, in terms of bugs etc.

While I do understand your frustration - there's a reason we've put it high on the list of backlog items; I do agree it's an important one to fix - we're just in a very special situation right now, with a client redesign and new loyalty system all coming in a 4 month period.

Sorry for not delivering on the previously mentioned deadline for it.

I can't say much right now, but I can assure you the RB % won't be as terrible as on for instance Stars

I don't expect the terms for your country will change that much, but we don't have final agreement on country specific terms, so even if I wanted to, I really can't give you any details.
