This looks like a graphics driver issue. Make sure you video card(s) have the latest drivers and try running the client again.

How can you confirm human just like that? Are you working in the security team also?

The data I can see does not match your claims and from everything I can this player is a human who does not play 24/7 or has access to all the hole cards so they can win every hand.

If you can provide me with more substantial evidence then I'll be happy to ask the fraud team at Relax to look into the account.

Hello, I have one question and one request.

Is it possible if someone wins an Unibet Open Online Qualifier to use this buy-in in a future live event sit-only?

My request is to please add an option to keep the original table graphics on final tables. In final tables the appearance of the final table makes my eyes hurt and I can not see the information in the table easily. I would like to have the option to keep the preferred table graphics which I am comfortable with.

We've not actually had the discussion yet about what will happen with any leftover €1,100 ticket at the end of the year. Personally, when the live events start again, I want people to play them and would be happy for the tickets to be used as buy-in only and I don't see a reason why we won't allow this. I'll certainly be pushing for it.

I also understand that people may want to win the full package experience or not pay the travel/hotel themselves so we will have to look at converting those tickets into something else. Whether that's bonus points, multiple smaller UO tickets, cash (the least likely) or something else is a discussion the team will need to have later in the year. With the uncertainty of live poker just now it may be the case that the first x UO's of 2021 are online as well so we can't really make a decision until we have a better idea of when a live UO will take place. We'll try to communicate any information and decisions as soon as we can.

With regards to the final table background, I didn't like it as a player either We've had feedback from other players that there is a bit too much going on but I'll be honest and say I can't remember what the outcome was. I think we're either going to tone down the background and/or you'll have the option to turn it off as part of the redesign. I'll check with Stubbe and confirm if anything has been decided and let you know.

I second the same opinion about the final table appearance. I’m not a tourney player nor do I make a lot of final tables but the first time I got to one and noticed the background it was a bit off putting. I don’t display avatars either as it’s too cluttered but that’s just personal but I agree with the fact that the final background is too screamy and kinda blurs the overal information on the table. Checked about the FT background. There was a request (or at least Stubbe mentioned he had on community) to add a toggle to turn it off, no eta on if/when it will arrive though.

I spoke to Stubbe in the office yesterday and began the process of twisting his arm to get them to tone down the graphic for the FT. The design guys are going to be busy with the redesign and then the new loyalty system until the end of the year but considering how little work is going to be involved IMO to just remove some elements to clean it up I think we might be able to get it squeezed in at some point this year. I'll continue to work on him. If anyone dislikes the FT background please post here so I can put more pressure on him

No plans for downloadable HH at present.

Couple things I forgot to mention earlier in the week:-

2. There is a new test tournament in the client that starts at 18:00 CET called the Protostar Bounty. It's a €2 PKO with a smaller starting stack (100b) compared to our normal offering but with longer levels to allow for more play while still trying to keep the bounties in play more often. The first one ran last night and it appeared to be a success with another scheduled for tonight.

There will be more run next week (Tues-Thur) with a slightly quicker structure to see if that plays any better.
