There is no option to see ev, bb/100, etc.
The stats I sent show the date, game, stake, rake, flops seen, played hands, buy-in amount, cash-out amount and profit/loss.
If you someone particular in mind, I'm happy to get it checked again.

Chat box with emojis etc. crossed our mind but it's nothing on the roadmap (for now).
Marking players is not something we will do and purposely chose not to offer from the start.
We are always happy to hear ideas or suggestions, so please keep them coming

I know that we want to increase the presence on the Canadian market which includes finding better/improved payment solutions, if you wish I can raise this with the payment team and find out more.
Usually happens on a disconnection, do you mind sending me your poker_log file under your Documents -> Unibet Poker folder? Quite sure, there will be some high ping spikes in it.
Did it work again normal the next hand or did it stay until you were sat out?

If I may elaborate further on the subject : presently as Canadians, we are able to deposit with a debit card but not withdraw with one (this has to do strictly with Canadian banks and gambling and has been instated for 4-5 years now). Although, with the option of doing withdrawals with bank transfers, this was not a bid deal, as most Canadians are familiar with the process and it thus appeared less intimidating to recreational players, for example (which all the people I referred to play on Unibet are). If the bank transfer option of withdrawal goes away, all that will be left for us, is Ecopayz, a method I barely know about and only because I checked it out in the past few days.In the past, I helped a fellow Canadian friend to cash out from Unibet (something about the Swift code being unfamiliar because it is unnecessary for North American bank wires, but required with Europe... My first wire did fail and I had to contact Unibet anew as well as my bank to make it work). Anyhow, if we were limited to using Ecopayz, I could imagine the scenario of ALL my rec friends initially easily depositing (with a debit card) and when it came to withdraw, try it for a while and simply give up (from what I understand, you have to deposit with Ecopayz in order to ultimately withdraw). They would most likely proceed to lose their winnings, but then never deposit again (and frankly, I would never recommend to anyone to play on Unibet in the first place if that was the case...).
My 2 cents. Anyhow, I really appreciate you looking into this Patrick and feel relieved since reading your message, tbh ; thx man

Ecopayz seems to be a new payment method and from I can see it is an option to speed payments up, so even though I understand it's new and not so known, it doesn't necessarily mean a step down
I will try to get hold with Payments and try to find out more information about the future plans for the Canadian market.
