Something seems off here. Are you sure you are not on a battery saving mode or similar? Could you provide a screenshot of your taskbar showing the CPU usage and the other programs working in the background?

We have tested it on an i7 laptop and it was significant lower.

Thanks
All the settings are on high performance, I tried taking a screenshot of task manager but comes out completely blurry. One thing I noticed is if I run Chrome (about 20 tabs) and 2-3 tables of Unibet the CPU doesn't really go past 30%. (no other programs or software) When trying to play 6 tables it jumps straight to 100% Maybe try this and see if you can recreate the same issue. Specs are Intel Core i7 7700HQ @ 2.80GHz, 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, 16 GB RAM
Thx for the reply!

so I played 3 games with one nickname in hexapro, and all his desicions had absolutely same time pattern(instant) , and he played like limp(or I limp) and min bet all streets( two times he limped and overbet all in flop) Live chat just told me twice ''that there is no bot in poker only real players ''
then he transfered my question to poker team. I would like to get answer here as well

Hey!

Was the maximum number of opened tables restricted to 5 instead of 6 TODAY?

Kind of pity. Let's say you play 2 CG + 2SNGs/HexaPro Tables and are registered for 2 upcoming MTTs.
Will they open?
Or the last table will be hidden and you will be blinding out while sitting-out?

Could You Patric please clarify what happens if you have 4-5 tables opened and are registered for additional 1 or 2 MTTs? Just sitting out and blinding unconsciously or will there be some popup info about that?

6 tables limit was OK number, not sure if restricting to 5 is a good move. It is making much hassle for the players when you mix games and decrease the number of active tables/HexaPro games running.

Thanks!

EDIT: I noticed that when you mix it's fine to have 6 opened, sry my bad

We tested it on our laptops (also i7, slightly worse than your laptop) and with 8 tables and 20 tabs on chrome, we reached 6% CPU usage from the software, so something seems off for sure.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the processes tab with Unibet Poker expanded? A screenshot from performance would be great as well.

If you also could let us know the temperature, you can use this software for it

I have received the report and it has been investigated and nothing suspicious could be found.

I can assure that we take all reports seriously and that they get properly investigated.

If you come across any further suspicions, please let us know, thank you!

Hello UnibetPatric,

yesterday I created an account at Unibet, however as it turns out I already had one (support told me it was created in 2015 and not used at all - I think it was before your migration from Microgaming).

I know the account policy, but wanted to ask if you could delete the old account and let me use the new one as an exception. I really want to try the site, but without any kind of first deposit bonus/new account promotion it's not really feasible for me.

Best Regards

Could you please send me your user details, so I can have a look at your account/s?

Thanks

In what world would not having a bonus not be feasible when you've never even used the site?

Unibet use a rigged RNG to protect their recs to stay longer in the games. No big news and a well known fact inside the poker industry. Whats more mind boggling though is why nobody cares about these shady stuff? Does everybody have the same win rate these days like they had 5 days ago and every reg is just crushing? Hardly! All regs are just taking it up their butt and the only one laughing here is Unibet for sure. As long as it is made in the spirit of protecting recs, then everybody just sit silent in the boat while the rape goes on. Wp Unibet

It ain't ubs fault you aren't smart enough to make the rng think you are a rec. I wont reveal how to do this but most likely 85% of the regs at unibet knows how to do this. The 25% is dumb regs like you and we all laugh so so so hard at you.

Is there something I'm missing? If you came across suspicions, please report them to me via PM. If you are talking about the ones you reported before, as mentioned in my PM they were checked and turned out not to be bots.

I have mentioned this before, our RNG is not rigged and if you put all emotions aside and think rationally about it, you will see that it wouldn't make any sense for us to rig the games.

First of all, we would risk our entire business where poker makes 2-3% of the gross income if we rigged the games, why would we take such a massive risk?
Poker players play against each other and not against us, so we have no benefits if a particular player wins or loses.

Every card in every poker game is randomly dealt from a standard deck of 52 playing cards. Independent auditors regularly perform recognized statistical tests on the data files generated by our RNG to confirm that the cards are dealt randomly. The RNG is isolated from any game logic or player information in the system and an unlucky run is exactly that, an unlucky run.

Thanks

Just ignore the trolls. Unibet are probably one of the safest rooms to play in at the moment. You have to trust their RNG and understand how variance works. Also better customer service than many other rooms IMO.

True.
Maybe for future promotions NL200 and nl400 should be excluded from bronze prizes, and you could put that for gold prizes minimum stake is NL50

I know that in the past it was possible to trasnfer UO package for next event but heard from friend that you don't offer this anymore.

When is the deadline that I can decide should I take bonus points instead of UO Malta?

Also what happens if I win another Package for UO Malta before 15th Aug in next quarter? Can I exchange it then for full package value 1750€?

Hey,
I understand that if you play NL200/400 a €2 HexaPro ticket is not of much value but nobody is forced to use the ticket, it's an added value. A HexaPro usually just takes a few minutes, so it's quick and you can use it at the beginning or end of your session for example and we have plenty of NL400 players that use them, so excluding wouldn't be the best option.

It is correct, that UO packages can't be postponed, if you win a package through challenges, you have the option to exchange it for 100k bonus points + travel expenses. If you win a 2nd package to the same stop through challenges, you can exchange the second package for the full value, if you use the first package (you participate in that UO stop), if you exchanged the 1st one, the 2nd one will be exchanged for 100k bonus points as well.

You can find all the terms and conditions here.

Deadline is usually around 2 weeks before the event, the same day the last Sunday qualifier runs.

Thanks

I find it incredibly difficult to see what's going on when the new final table background is turned on. Would be great if we could turn it off under settings.

Have an issue with software update on my computer:
When I try to update I get error message: setup was unable to create the directory "G:/program files/Unibet/Poker/assest/games/ragstoriches".
Error 5: Access is denied.

If I try to uninstall I get error message: Files "G:/Program Files/Unibet Poker/unins000.dat" could not be opened. Cannot uninstall.

Errror 5: Access is denied

If I try to just delete the program it say admin required even though I am on the admin account (the only account on this computer.)

If I download the setup it just tries to install to the location on HDD G without letting me select anywhere else and I get the same error message

I like having a final table background but it needs to be better designed.

Green is generally a problem as the player's cards are also green. Something dark and futuristic or TV-studio-esque might work better.

Two things to try:
1. Take ownership of the Unibet Poker folder: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/t...-file-explorer. And then:
2. Right click the unins000 file in G:\Program Files\Unibet Poker and "Run as administrator"

Unfortunately we don't allow registrations from China, so you wouldn't be able to play from there.
