A bit of feedback about mission prizes.

It's a frequent problem that there are mission prizes like e.g. "Free Spins on Ivan and the Immortal King" and there is no obvious way to find the game mentioned in the prize. For example if i click on casino or games then I don't see it. I should be possible to go straight there from clicking the notification in the web client.

It’s very frustrating when you see 2 players in the lobby but no action or when somebody busts hu and exit the table and when he wants to rejoin even after a second he has to wait.

For example:
Late night early morning, no action at nl400, two players are waiting to start a table but you need 3. If there is nl200 fish will play that game probably and sometimes you dont need much to get few tables of 400 running.
This might be a problem in opposite direction as well, 200 to 400.
For me personally it frustrates me seeing two players in the lobby but no table opening (esp when there was hu play before and somebody decided to leave and then wants to play again in few seconds/minutes but you have to wait, and in the early mornings this do happen).

I hope now it makes more sense

How about to let us chose if we wan't to play HU or just 3handed beforehand?
And if both people check the HU box they immediately get seated.
There are a lot of people who don't want to play HU and end up just grimming you, forcing you to close the table, then for some reason if you have a second table open searching for players it will think that they will join that table, which will be cancelled after like 15 seconds and you have to reopen that table too, its pretty annoying.

An option where you can choose how many people your table must have before being seated would be cool, not just hut and 3 handed but also 4 or 5

I would assume the reason why the table doesn't start with 2 players and waits for 3 is the same reason why they removed HU cashgames, the recreational loses too fast in that format, so they would rather prevent it.

At the moment it is technically not possible to click on a notification and it opens the related slot directly.
Part of the reasons to pay out free spins is also that we want to show the casino offers we have and going into the casino lobby before starting the qualifying slot will have a bigger effect on doing that.

If you are logged in on the main page, you can simply search for the wanted slot and it should be fairly quick. At the end, it is free money in addition to poker prizes, so I think a few seconds extra clicks won't hurt

We don't want to have headsup play in cash games for the reasons that NMPfan mentioned. I understand that if you start a game, you want to play as soon as possible but we want to protect our recreational players and headsup play is high variance and a quick way to go broke.

Thank you for your feedback anyway!

Yes, you can register from Malaysia with us. One easy way to find out which countries are allowed is by going on unibet.com, click register, fill out randomly the first page and see on the next page the list of countries on the list.

All countries that are not on the list are either regulated or blacklisted.

Thanks

Just wondering how tournament places are determined in a dead-heat situation (i.e. when stacks are equal going into a hand that eliminates more than one player).

For example I just played a flip (ID 978525929) with 6 people, a ticket for first and a small cash prize for second. The guy who's credited as second had 43o and was playing the board.

Could you please PM the details of what exactly happened according to your friend? Or even better, ask him to contact us ourselves. We will not treat him worse because of that, we just want to know what happened.

Generally players get informed that every qualifier that makes the final table and registered for day 1a, receives the extra night in the hotel paid by us and also the flight change costs (up to a reasonable amount), in London we had not like usually the final table on day 3, instead 19 players made the final day.

I'm happy to investigate this further but for this, I would need to full picture including the player details.

I will investigate this with the regarding department and see how much details I can share in that matter. I will send you a PM by next week.

What I can say is that there is a reason for the closure and it is not a scam.
This is the PM I received from UNIBET REP

I will continue posting here and other forums until this is dealt with in a proper manner and my funds are returned.

All of my verification documents were accepted and approved by Unibet BEFORE I deposited and started playing.

Now you turn around and decline my documents. At first you don't even tell me the reason, no email, no nothing.

Now I'm able to get an official reason from a forum outside of the poker site.

This is complete fraud, you haven't even given me an option to further verify my documents and identity with a video phone call or any other matter.

This is the type of service you can expect from Unibet.

CLIFFS

DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED BOTH IDENTITY AND ADDRESS
DEPOSIT AND PLAY 1 DAY
ACCOUNT CLOSED NEXT DAY AND FUNDS SEIZED
NO EXPLAINATION GIVEN FOR A WEEK, NO EMAIL
STILL REFUSING TO PAYOUT OR ACCEPT OTHER VERIFICATION

How can you possible sit back and say this is not a scam. Your website is a complete scam and I will make sure your regulators and every poker forum out there is fully aware of this.

I don't know what happened with your account but I know that you'll be just waisting your time doing that. Unibet has been there for ages and some random dude blasting off ain't making any difference. I could just post after your every post saying been playing unibet for 10+ years and never had any issues. Have several friends doing the same.

Hey,
first of all, usually flips have a lot more runners, so situations like this should rarely come up.

In this particular case, there was a winner of the hand and second place went to the player in last position, here the player with 43o was on the button and finished in 2nd, even if he played the board. So it's purely luck dependent but the flip itself is basically a lottery, so the position in this case is too

Hope this makes it more clear.

As mentioned in my PM, I have talked to the regarding department about the case and they are confident about their decision.
We always try to help our players in any way possible and I think it's fair to say that I have done my fair share in the past here in the thread and outside.

We all have to follow procedures and in this case, I'm not allowed to reveal any further information and the decision has been taken.

For cases like this, we have independent gaming authorities, you can send a complaint to (MGA) and they will escalate it to us.

Hi Patric,

I have a question that might have been asked multiple times but I've searched for it on google and have never seen it. I am from The Netherlands and would like to see my results for cash games and SnG's from the beginning of May up to now. I'm aware of the thread on unibetcommunity where you can request your results (https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/G.../216675#M35918 ) but since I'm Dutch, I cannot create an account on the forum.

I've done some digging and found that Dutch people are not allowed to communicate with each other through the Unibet community (possibly due to legal reasons? ) which sucks but hey, no biggie. But why does that automatically exclude our right to request results as well? I already talked to live support and they basically said that they don't provide this service to the Dutch right now (and based on the past, that will probably take a long time) but they didn't really give an explanation or anything.

Is there really no way I can see my results (like rake, hands played, etc)? I can't register to the community so I can't post, aren't there any other ways to request your results?

Thanks in advance

You can request your results through live chat or by emailing support.

Well, live chat told me they don't do that for players in The Netherlands. I guess I'll try emailing support as well but I don't think they will tell me something different than live support will.

I'm just confused as to why this wouldn't be a thing for people in a certain country, when playing at unibet is an option to people from that same country. Maybe live support was wrong?

I would think LC is wrong and has just read something community based and just figured you can't do it from the Netherlands. Shoulnd't be any legal reason you can't get your results on request.

You could try contact@unibetcommunity.com as they use that for people that want to opt into the ticket exchanges.

Thanks for your answer mate. I already emailed the normal support site so I think I will be good then, if not then I will try the email address you provided

Hi,
the service of providing game stats (dates, rake paid, buy ins, buy outs and profit/losses) is for everyone including Dutch and can be requested by CS via email or in live chat.

If someone tells you that we don't provide this for NL, could you please PM me the name of the agent you talked to and I will check with them directly.

I'm also happy to take game stats requests on here, just send me a PM with your user details and what information you want.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I can't remember who I talked to but I'm fairly certain it was just a miscommunication between us so no big deal. I've already emailed support for the results and they said they will handle it so no need for you to do any extra work

Strange, sounds silly but was your charger unplugged?

I've experienced random system-wide sluggishness before and it was because my laptop was unplugged.

Something seems off here. Are you sure you are not on a battery saving mode or similar? Could you provide a screenshot of your taskbar showing the CPU usage and the other programs working in the background?

We have tested it on an i7 laptop and it was significant lower.

Thanks

Software is crashing today and working unstable.

NOW it crashed for good...... all tables froze and after relogging they are not visible.

Could you please send me a PM and add screenshots of your first two dxdiag tabs (if you're on Windows, just search for dxdiag in the system) + your poker_log file in the Documents -> Unibet Poker folder + the list of SNGs affected (or at least a timeframe).

Is this something that happens more often to you?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused
