And also, what about the other case where I was informed that the players were sanctioned? Shouldn't I get refunded for that?
And the screen names in question are just aliases that can be changed at any time... I don't understand how you could give too much information away about the players by a little giving more than no information at all.
I checked the case from 2015 and I'm not sure what the procedures were back then but a lot has changed since then and it's impossible to do checks retroactively.
It is very important to understand the difference in cases, just because an account gets suspended doesn't necessarily mean, that we are allowed to freeze the money as well. I can't go too much into details in this one unfortunately.
I can however confirm that when we have all the needed evidence of committed fraud and frozen funds, we compensate hurt players, it is a very complicated process as you imagine.
When it comes to fraud related cases, we not only have to be careful what we communicate due to regulations/data protection and similar but also we have to be careful what we communicate, to not make it obvious for fraudsters to find our detection methods and being exploited.
I understand from a player's perspective that it is hard to understand but I can assure you, processes like this are very complicated and have many factors to think of.
