At least before v2.0 we were fairly compensated for testing their software, but nowadays I'd say the overall experience is worse than on other sites and not really worth it.
The good thing about Unibet was that it was very soft but I'd say that even that has changed and it's possible that there's actually more fish on PS than here.
I'm aware that a lot of software and server issues are on-going right now, that doesn't mean you are beta testers though and it also doesn't mean that we don't progress.
The main problems we have right now, is that reconnecting isn't working perfectly, therefore little disconnections turn out to be bigger than they should be. We also have some server stability issues right now which we are aware of.
Both of those main issues have absolutely priority for us to get fixed and if they get fixed, it will have a positive domino effect on other issues that come among them.
We've had quite a few changes lately, not trying to find any excuses but it's a fact and I can assure you, the team is strong and will try anything possible to improve anything negative mentioned.
So I kindly ask you to bear with us and stay patient, as trust me, the issues that annoy you, might annoy us even more since we are fully heart-committed to the product and want to read positive comments and not the negative.
We appreciate all your feedback and suggestions, I'd just like to be a bit more fair and not forget about the many positives we have to offer.

I do not want them back in the same form. There used to be a €10 uk qualifier to a 100€ qualifier, which were the qualifiers i was (trying) to use them on (you can see how often they did not run (my guess is about 70% canceled of that specific game) and you removed that game from the schedule (prob because it never ran ). The other qualifier that actually takes the 10€ UK tickets, is the "Seat-only" rebuy qualifier, which i don't want to play (my cost for travel is about €500 for a uk tour, so it makes no sense at all for me to play this qualifier unless i already have some tickets, and with the new rules you set out for UK Tour qualifiers, i am pretty sure that never gonna happen again......
So, What do i want?
I think i want 4€ UK Tickets back for the 4x 10 UK Tour that expired, with the possibility of requesting a exchange/extension of expiry later again (i am not sure if i can use the tickets in time, mostly because i also still have tripple digits tickets for other games (like the 1€ UK) and i have no clue if i am gonna make the "expiry" before those either.....
Because all the above, and the upcoming expiry of another 20x 10€ UK Tour tickets in 9 days, i ask to take all the 10€ UK Tour tickets in my account now (20x) plus the expired ones from last week (4x), and change it into 60x 4€ UK Tour tickets. I'll leave it up to you what you want to do with the 1€ UK that expired a month ago.
Also, one last comment which probably doesn't apply to most; because of the stopping of the exchanges you kinda forced us into using the tickets/playing a ton more then i want to, just to try to not to let the tickets expire, which in the end i actually failed on because else i wouldn't be posting this post......
I hope there are not more tickets gonna expire, but i still have tripple digits of tickets left, and to be honoust, i lost interest in figuring out if i can make it if i play every game untill a certain date....i do have a life (and a job) besides poker, but it would be a shame if a multi year grind for tickets just went up in flames because of all this.....

I have exchanged your tickets as requested as a one-off, the tickets are valid for 2 months, I assume you won't be able to use all of them in time.
In case you don't, please contact me and I will extend them for you, however I will only extend them, not exchange them into something else anymore.
You have collected a loooot of tickets and we would like you to use them, of course we don't to force you at the same time to play all the time, so I'm happy to extend the ones needed a last time for you, when the time comes.
