Hi all.


Im thinking of migrating away from Sky poker due to the Pokerstars acquisition.

My questions.

1- Can we view our hand histories easily ? are they in .txt format ?
2- What bonuses are available for poker players only.

I don't recommend Unibet, their software sucks, no developmnet since launch and bugs are still there and have been beginning of launch client version 2.

this is unfortunately true.
Players are treated as beta testers for their always buggy client.
At least before v2.0 we were fairly compensated for testing their software, but nowadays I'd say the overall experience is worse than on other sites and not really worth it.
The good thing about Unibet was that it was very soft but I'd say that even that has changed and it's possible that there's actually more fish on PS than here.

Yep, sadly thats right. Got disconnected from the software and now client shows that i have 0€ and the previous tables dont open.

Made a similar post few months ago, but lets do it again.

+Fast cashouts

-Software is terrible and unstable. Thats a big one, you should be embarrased to ask rake.
-Promotions have gotten to amaya level - they are boring and bad.
-The whole rec/customer friendly attitude has changed. It was cool with Andrew here on 2+2 and old streamers like Jamie, the Squid and Charlotte.

Atleast you guys have now Hexapro aka bingo-raketrap. Another greedy amaya like move.

1. You can view hands in the replayer on the table, or from your profile, but only the past 500 hands played will be available. There are no text files. Both of these are meant to make it harder to make software that interacts with unibet and bots.

2. The moment you sign up you get a poker welcome bonus, you don't have to deposit for it, it gets activated automatically. I think it's between 200 and 400€ depending on your country. The bonus is the equivalent of 20% or 25% extra rakeback. You'll have 90 days to clear it and it has 5 incremental steps, like the first step might be 15€ step 2 40€ ... the final step being the largest. Also welcome freerolls and maybe some other tickets or something.

Bonus points never expire as long as you log in to your poker account (not just the website, I think) in a quarter. You don't have to wager anything, just log in every quarter and they'll be there.

The ones that expire in January 2019 are the Challenge points, but those don't have any value other than allowing you to advance on the rakeback ladder towards the next milestone. This gets reset every quarter.

This just total nonsense. For some reason people still think that the return is worse because the challenges take significantly less time to play through. And I personally couldn't care less are the challenges exciting or not when the rake after returns is still pretty much close to lowest you'll find. But these monthly challenges though are pretty crap.

Asked support for some refund... told me that they had some problems but after 10 minutes problem disappered so its ok... 10 minutes was enough to eliminate me from late part of 5 sng's and there was nothing to play after reconnect. Played more 50k sng's and nobody cares about Your money even if its not Your fault. Wow. If anybody can look through this problem my alias is Egiza1985

I just had the weirdest of bugs: The fold button would no longer show up on one table. I almost called a dude overshoving the flop with my Q high.

I had to time out to lay my hand down, but the next hand there was still no fold button, so I had to quit the table.

The table where this happened was the only one of my tables, where I was playing with a cash ticket, if that helps top track down the bug.

That "no fold button" bug is surprisingly common, and has appeared from time to time for several months. I think it's more common when multitabling (and your CPU is overloaded).
Resizing the table doesn't always work.

Wtf is the deal with Unibet allowing players to use a 10/15 second time bank every single hand in MTTs? Every time UOS rolls into town I encounter players exploiting this for whatever reason, even nowhere near the bubble.

Probably for extra leaderboard points. Top 35% get points based on their finishing position, so laddering even before itm has some small merit...

Imo, they should award all the players finishing between top 35% and not itm the same amount if points.

Hi Guys!!!

Been forever since i've been here, but i am pretty sure this is the only place i can try to get it fixed

I am not asking this to "chat support" because i assume the're just gonna say "we dont do ticket exchanges anymore".

I have a bunch of tickets that expired, they fall into 2 categories/reasons:
- 1x UK Tour €1, (expired on 16/11/2018) i couldn't use this in time because there were not enough games running in the period before the expiry, actually i used the ticket for a qualifier which didn't start because we did not meet the minimum entrants, so the qualifiier cancelled an i got refunded a ticket which then was expired......
- 4x UK Tour €10, (expired around 12/13 of decembre, sorry i forgot to note the exact date, and can't see it anymore now in the client)

I don't really care about the 1€ UK Tour, since it's only 1€, but then again, i seem to recall that when you announced to "cancel the ticket exchangers" that you would help people out with issues, so.....

The 4x 10€ UK tour are a little bit more annoying (its also the reason i waited a few days with this post, because i still do not know what i want back for them. I do not want them back in the same form. There used to be a €10 uk qualifier to a 100€ qualifier, which were the qualifiers i was (trying) to use them on (you can see how often they did not run (my guess is about 70% canceled of that specific game) and you removed that game from the schedule (prob because it never ran ). The other qualifier that actually takes the 10€ UK tickets, is the "Seat-only" rebuy qualifier, which i don't want to play (my cost for travel is about €500 for a uk tour, so it makes no sense at all for me to play this qualifier unless i already have some tickets, and with the new rules you set out for UK Tour qualifiers, i am pretty sure that never gonna happen again......

So, What do i want?

I think i want 4€ UK Tickets back for the 4x 10 UK Tour that expired, with the possibility of requesting a exchange/extension of expiry later again (i am not sure if i can use the tickets in time, mostly because i also still have tripple digits tickets for other games (like the 1€ UK) and i have no clue if i am gonna make the "expiry" before those either.....

Because all the above, and the upcoming expiry of another 20x 10€ UK Tour tickets in 9 days, i ask to take all the 10€ UK Tour tickets in my account now (20x) plus the expired ones from last week (4x), and change it into 60x 4€ UK Tour tickets. I'll leave it up to you what you want to do with the 1€ UK that expired a month ago.

Also, one last comment which probably doesn't apply to most; because of the stopping of the exchanges you kinda forced us into using the tickets/playing a ton more then i want to, just to try to not to let the tickets expire, which in the end i actually failed on because else i wouldn't be posting this post......

I hope there are not more tickets gonna expire, but i still have tripple digits of tickets left, and to be honoust, i lost interest in figuring out if i can make it if i play every game untill a certain date....i do have a life (and a job) besides poker, but it would be a shame if a multi year grind for tickets just went up in flames because of all this.....

I'm aware that a lot of software and server issues are on-going right now, that doesn't mean you are beta testers though and it also doesn't mean that we don't progress.

The main problems we have right now, is that reconnecting isn't working perfectly, therefore little disconnections turn out to be bigger than they should be. We also have some server stability issues right now which we are aware of.

Both of those main issues have absolutely priority for us to get fixed and if they get fixed, it will have a positive domino effect on other issues that come among them.

We've had quite a few changes lately, not trying to find any excuses but it's a fact and I can assure you, the team is strong and will try anything possible to improve anything negative mentioned.

So I kindly ask you to bear with us and stay patient, as trust me, the issues that annoy you, might annoy us even more since we are fully heart-committed to the product and want to read positive comments and not the negative.

We appreciate all your feedback and suggestions, I'd just like to be a bit more fair and not forget about the many positives we have to offer.

In case you don't, please contact me and I will extend them for you, however I will only extend them, not exchange them into something else anymore.

You have collected a loooot of tickets and we would like you to use them, of course we don't to force you at the same time to play all the time, so I'm happy to extend the ones needed a last time for you, when the time comes.

Thanks! i saw them coming in really fast after the post (i posted at the perfect time i guess ), and also noted the 2 month expiry, which made me smile

I'm good in regards of not being able to exchange, i was just doubting if i can manage to play enough games because of the amount of tickets i have.
So that's why i asked for maybe an extension later .

If i manage to stay within expiry dates, you're not hearing any requests from me in regards of extensions or whatever

FWIW i am definitely prioritizing on expiry dates, so grinding my ass off on the UK 1's at the moment

I'm not against using my tickets at all, thats why i have them, i'll spend them as fast as possible, hahahah, i think i understand why you did the change, and its your decision(unibet's decision ofc), im ok with that, and definitely trying to bink some packages again to get the live grind going again too!!!!

It's been way tooo long since i played live!!!

I saw that one, could you please send us your poker_log file (it's under your Documents -> Unibet Poker folder) and also go into a bit more detail about the technical issues you had.

I'm trying to gather all log files and problems we have right now to be able to send them to the devs and investigate it further.

It happened to days ago again and I automaticly folded on 4 tables again, it really sucks. (And again, it wasn't my internet, because I was playing on other sites at that very moment without any problems.)
If you want to punish people who play so many tables that they time out themselves, fine, but just punishing for playing a lot of tables, while your servers are not 100% stable? Thanks for bringing it up.

as a very casual player, I would like to make an observation about your current loyalty system:
it is now 18th of December, I have recently passed 3000 challenge points (playing mainly NL4 cash games), and now I have no motivation to play/acquire more points because my next reward is at 5000 points (not counting the avatar at 4000) and I will most certainly not achieve that number till the end of the month. So all challenges that I complete until the end of this month really mean nothing to me.
Since your major and minor challenges don't really mean something other than means to pump up challenge points, and you also have Bonus points, my suggestion is to completely remove challenge points and only have Bonus points which don't reset every 3 months. This way we could also acquire points via challenges while playing, but it would make much more sense; your players would be more motivated to play on Unibet because they would actually have a real system which rewards their long-term loyalty to the site, instead of rewarding short-term volume.
