They're normally the same as the package you get for winning a final and that's the €2k one.

ok, thx bro It is the couple of special ones from last year (I think the Vegas one was worth more and another one like Bucharast, perhaps...) that threw me off for a loop since

With some Slovak ISPs (e.g. SWAN) changing the DNS settings to google DNS works fine, with others (e.g. Antik) it's DNS blocked.

Yeah you can. You might need to log into the main Unibet site first because your IP will have changed but from a legal standpoint Malta is fine to play in.

Hey I got a few questions regarding UOS (which I am looking forward to extremely!!!) and the use of tickets, I might be a special case but let's see:

First of all, I was a semi-qualifier reg for a while, however my study got a little busy so I am still left with a lot of qualifier tickets from before 16th april. This is ofcourse not a problem. However something weird appeared.

So let's take the €10 supernova qualifier tickets. I still have 18 of them, however if I select them to see which tournaments I can play with them, the following shows:

https://imgur.com/tbvGF52

Only a few of the €10 UOS events are playable, I wondered if this is intended this way... Cause I would like to use more of these tickets for UOS events.

How many deposit/cashout options do you guys have available? It only shows bank, citadel, cc, webmoney for me. Since they removed skrill the banking is really unpleasant. As i understand it depends from the country you are in.

Any reviews on using webmoney for poker?

Question about multi-siting and Unibet.

I'm considering dabbling in a few MTT's on Unibet whilst playing some of my regular games on other sites. I know that third party software is a big no no here but I'm also pretty sure none of the conventional/common tools players use work on Unibet anyway. Depending on which other sites I have going at the same time, I'd be running Pokertracker and/or Holdem Indicator. Is this ok to do, or would I just be setting myself up for an instant ban if using these programs for other sites whilst playing some games on Unibet at the same time?

As long as the software doesn't interact with Unibet you are fine. I use PT4 for party while playing some games at Unibet myself as well.

Patric what is Unibet's stance on habitually slow players? One reg that I play fairly often in HUSNGs takes the piss with how long he spends on basic decisions and to be honest it's really bad for the games.

Always thought the time to decide should be shortened and then shortened so more each time you hit the limit during a game so that a habitually slow player is "punished" for activity that takes a lot of the enjoyment out of a game for a rec.

Yes, I know it is probably because the opponent is playing multiples tables -- but I don't care because my point about them harming the average rec's experience with their slow play still stands.

Hello there! I can not open www.unibet.com and can not log in and play normally in the poker client. I think that these problems are coming from my ISP since I am living in a country, where ISPs are blocking some sites. Untill now I was having problems from time to time opening unibet.com, but at the moment I can not open it from 3 days. In short, what I have done so far - I tried 2 different ISPs + another mobile 4G connection, I changed DNS settings, restart/reset PC/router multiple times, I cleared cookies/history/cache, tried different browsers and OS (Windows, GNU/Linux, Android). The interesting thing is that I can open all other "blocked" from my ISP sites without any problems, but only wwww.unibet.com I can not reach (except french, polish, lithuanian and australian versions of the site). Would you give me any ideas what to do?
And one question - is it possible to use a VPN to play at unibet.com? For example I am living in XX country and I am using a VPN service with server based in the same XX country (because of ISP's blockings). Is this a problem?
At the moment I have no access to the site and I can not connect to Live Chat. A few months ago I sent email to unibet support with a similar question, and they told me to delete my cookies and browser history and to change my browser to Google Chrome. :-(
Any personal info, please in PM. Thanks!

I've seen this at the HU stage of 5 mans. A reg would stall every hand (if the blinds are low) to the very end in an attempt to put his opponent on tilt. I see him playing full speed at other tables. It's infuriating that a reg (who I assume plays for a living) can be so short sighted.

Hello,

I have won on this Sunday a full package for Unibet Open. However after the tournament was over, I noticed that I had a 2000€ ticket for Unibet Open Malta in my account. Today this ticket expired and I get the message "Unfortunately, the ticket expired". I was supposed to play for the Bucharest event but instead I won a Malta event in the form of a ticket which has expired right the other day. I suppose this is due to some mistake in the software, but decided to inform you about this because atm I have an expired €2000 ticket and no confirmation email yet for qualifying into the Bucharest Unibet Open.

Thank you for your time and consideration

Hey,
If I would like to have tickets prolonged in their duration, which name do I have to post here? Is it the name that I play at the tables at the moment or any of the aliases? Also I would like to come back to my earlier request: Could you please change my 50€ Unibet open ticket into 2x20€ belgian championship for Blankenberge and split the other 10€ into 2x4€ belgian championship TIX and 2x1€ belgian championship?
I would be very thankful if those 50€ are not wasted. I've learned to first check for the right tournament, sorry again for my lack of knowledge.

My Alias is iAmSylvester

Kind regards

It'll just be a software bug showing the wrong event on the ticket. I'd expect they'll be catching up on things this week now that Malta is finished.

For any requests you can use any of the aliases you play with on the tables.

Unless they're making exceptions for the Belgian Champs you cannot move tickets from one satellite tree to another (UO -> UK Tour, UO -> Belgian Champs etc). Your only option for extending the ticket would be to buy into one of the ticket splitter MTTs that run at the weekend and break your UO ticket down into smaller UO tickets.

You'll also probably get a slightly quicker reply if you post on the community forum about ticket requests.

You were right, I received the decline from live support that Unibet in general does not change poker tickets anymore, at all!
Pretty sad news for me, but I will just have to play the 50€ ticket then.
Now, where do I find information about the next stop of Unibet open?
The one on Malta just ended, and I cannot find news on Unibet's website.
Is it not yet released?

Kind regards

What's the deal with getting all-time results sent to you? I've contacted live chat about seeing my HUSNG results and they told me to look at my hand history in the client (LOL).
