Hello, my welcome bonus at Unibet expires in 23 days and I can already tell, that I would need about one more month to clear the last 140€ step.
Is there a possibility to extend the bonus? I would really appreciate it.

Was 8 tabling and after 15 mins or so the client crashed.

There is something strange with the payout structures in qualifiers. I was playing a 5 euro qualifier (rebuy and addon) in which #1 won a 100 euro ticket. But all the other places won a 5 euro MTT ticket. So if you do not rebuy or do an addon you actual freeroll the tournament?
Maybe the payout structure should change to give higher value tickets to #2 and #3.

Community team is going through some personnel changes which may be causing a backlog.

Hello David,

Please could you help me? I am from Poland. Recently i won 100E Supernova Ticket from lottery. I wanted to write a question at https://www.unibetcommunity.com/ to request change of ticket but i cant log in. There is always an error. Same if i click start a new topic. So I cant write a request there.

I tried to talk with the chat help, but they said that they cannot change my ticket into others. I dont want to play this tournament. I always loose tournaments. Could you please exchange my ticket?

Can't connect to the Sports Book this morning, but can to the casino (so don't think it is a "me problem")

If Unibet is going to have casino buttons on the home screen may I suggest you add one for Sports Betting (unless I am missing something).

By the way, I am trying to bet the Patriots at -7 or less and the Eagles at +3.5 or better. Just putting that out there

Yes, thank you. I kept trying for an hour after I posted and then finally got in (Perhaps Canada-specific). I did bet Patriots at -6.5 and Eagles at +3.5 so I either am pleased I was able to place those bets or ended up trying too hard to lose money.

My bet on the Patriots was my first loss of the playoffs and am now 5 of 6.

Much like poker, when betting on sports you look for "value" spots to get your money in.
