With that said Im sure they will fix this.

My "they will fix this"-meter has been dwindling down on a daily basis, at first I assumed this was a 100% clear case, two days ago I was like yeaaah maybe 5% chance something dodgy happens. Now I have no idea anymore, this is just crazy. I tried posting at the community forums too, wonder what'll happen next. If this gets deleted or something I'm seriously going to lose my mind. Unibet twitter still ducking me too...

If this actually gets fixed at some point in time I'd love to get some refunds for the time I've wasted on this case too, this has now taken a ridiculous amount of effort for such an easy case already.

Could I get all my equity back and 4k too please. I wasn't ITM in anything but I had chips on some tables so I could have won the Supernova if the lobby hadn't frozen

Why are you trolling me? I realize you always make these Unibet shill posts whenever someone complains about something but this is just a really poor trolling attempt. I'm not asking for any kind of invisible equity here, I'm not asking for anything extra based on assumptions. Yeah I could say I was 20 left in a tournament with 19 idiots so surely my equity was bigger than my stack size so they'd owe me more, but that's just assumptions. ALL I'm asking for is to refund my buyins based on ICM, which is very easy to quantify, there are icm calculators everywhere online. How is this is not standard procedure?

It would be a nice start even just to get the buyins back, given that I have not even been refunded for tournaments I couldn't participate in at all but had regged for thanks to the disconnection. (I came back to like a 10BB stack out of a 150BB starting stack in one case, for example when it finally started working).

I'm getting trolled in similar fashion in the community forums too and I feel like I'm actually going crazy, the sim is clearly starting to break as everyone just behaves super erratically as if the AI was starting to malfunction a bit. There's just no way anyone with half a brain can spit out these kinds of opinions in the easiest refund case of all time.

I lost a bunch of actual money to this, not some hypothetical equity. It's the same thing as if I was playing cash game tables and instead of sitting out some glitch froze me and my opponents could blind out my entire stack. If you don't realize that blinding out of a tournament due to a software glitch = a must-refund, then I don't know what to say except that maybe you should take your posting elsewhere.

I agree, you should get your buyin back if you blinded out due to Unibets servers having issues. I agree the refund should be ICM based if you were in the money. I also agree the goodwill gesture you were given was crap and in general your support experience has been rubbish.

I don't agree with the verbal bashing you gave some poor CS guy that would not have the power to give you anything anyway.

I don't agree with you saying the entire network was down because it wasn't. Many players, including myself carried on playing and just the lobby/info boxes that were not updating. The flip side of that is it should actually help your refund request because not all players were affected equally.

Your posts on the situation can come across as demanding and this can make people less sympathetic to your situation. I've also not seen any other post either here or on the community requesting refunds so either nobody else bothered or they are doing it quietly which also makes your posts stand out and an easy target for a troll. I expect a poker site to go down from time to time so it does't affect me nearly as much as it will you with it being a source of income and with the prop bet so snap trolled when I saw it.

I apologise for that. I should have been less lazy and typed all of the above instead.

I expect you're getting the same response on the community for the same reasons but when Jeppe/Marco get to it they'll do whatever they can.

Fair post, sorry for getting aggro as well

"Network-wide" was bad wording on my part, I was trying to state that it was a huge issue that affected a bunch of players to make it clear this isn't me making things up, I now realize that my choice of words would indicate everyone had the same damage which is obv not the case (as since I got back I'd gotten blinded out but not most other players).

I think I was actually being pretty nice to the customer service dude tho, wasn't bashing him at all and I said like 3 times that I understand he can't do anything about it. I didn't bother screenshotting it but I also said something along the lines of "thanks for patiently responding, I know it's not your fault and have a good night" instead of just rage closing the window but yeah generally I've been fuming about this pretty hard (in case you couldn't tell, haha) so I will stfu now until I hopefully actually hear back from someone.

If you play poker as poorly as your estimate, you should consider another hobby.

Sounds like the problem is on your end it goes down for me while playing once every few weeks (on average) which is much better than was the case for me on 888 and not as good as PStars.

Now that the holiday season is coming up I was wondering if unibet could change the ticket expiring to like 30 days instead of 7. 7 is too low anyways, standard should be a minimal of 14 days.

How has you guys luck been with the prize drops? I've managed to catch a 50e PLO ticket (which I exchanged for a playthrough bonus as I don't do PLO ) and yesterday got a 100e Supernova ticket which I'll play tonight... so overall quite lucky with 150e of prizes.

Great promo by UB.

To Unibet,
Love the phone app after just installing. Appears to run smoother than the desktop and with benefit of allowing me to use a bet slider.

Will raise it as a potential issue here, not necessarily with the solution you proposed but perhaps a slight tweaking of the schedule with this issue in mind.
Cheers. As an example the 25 euro Gargle Blaster which has 10K starting stack, 4 minute levels starts at 22:00 CET. If it started at 21:00 CET it would be a lot more playable.

What I mean here is that if someone is playing 8 NL4 games and wants more "action", i.e. more money moving around, then they should play e.g. 8 NL10 games instead rather than us facilitating their playing 16 NL4 tables.

In the end I didn't actually try to play on Unibet while I was away, but it might help someone to know that I found that Skrill was not visible/available as a withdrawal method when I was physically in Hong Kong (didn't try in Macau).

Hi Leo,

I think it is approximately two weeks ago now, when I made my complaints post about the UK tour. Since then a lot has changed, and I think steps forward are made. So props to you for that. However, I still think there needs atleast one major change to be done and that is removing the Add-on in the UK4 (Qualifier to €25). First of all, I don't think it is really appealing to anyone to play a potential €12 game to win a €25 ticket.

For recreational players, it is not really appealing if they start at the UK1 level and win a ticket, to then find out they have a huge disadvantage if they don't want to add-on with another €4. I want to point out as well that it is even more of a bad thing, because the regs have ticket stacks and can add-on ''easier'' that way. As the UKtour needs more players, so also new, recreational players, I think this is a crucial factor for the UKtour to have a positive future. Also this means late-regging is (sometimes) better, which is a potential factor in games not starting. Therefore, I think removing the option to add-on is the way to go at this point.

There is another problem with the add-on, and that is more site specific than UK tour, but is IMO also a reason to remove add-on (atleast temporarily). I have had several times now, the add-on break started but there was still a hand going. Someone busted in that hand, and had to rebuy. However, this meant I got the rebuy popup as well instead of the add-on popup. Screenshot: https://gyazo.com/e9d3c3becfd37ea0534613177a0960cd Luckily I saw it on time this tournament, and after closing the rebuy window I could still press the add-on button, but it causes confusion and IMO is a really big bug in the system that needs to be fixed asap.

Once more, I think you did some good things last week by making some changes, and you do deserve the credits for it, but I think the Add-on in the €4 (Qualifier to 25) games is a really bad thing that has a negative impact on the future of the UK tour, so I hope you can reconsider this! Thanks in advance for replying to this post and #SavetheUKtour

I would really appreciate it if someone from here could copy/paste this post in the designated community thread with my name under it and also tag @Leo-unibet in it.

^ Jonny has pasted your message (which I broadly agree with) into the comm forum.

I personally think they should get rid of the add-on in the UK4s and introduce a new 10 euro game, as a better stepping stone between the 4 and 25 euro levels, with no need for add ons in any of the games.

Hi David, I am having issues with exchanging my Unibet Open package won through the challenges ; I asked to get it exchanged for 200k bonus points as a Canadian (from Dawson City, Yukon), but was only granted 100k with a reference to the T & C when I asked for a rectification. I will be attending a 3 week meditation retreat starting Friday (in complete silence and with no access to wifi/the outside world), so can I leave this in your hands? I thank you in advance,

Complaint about unibet trolling players with 'Community freeroll ticket' on xmas day.
Hi. I think unibet has gone a bit too far with trolling players here.
On 24th I logged in and noticed that I had a ticket called community freeroll to a christmas tournament..
all seemed nice except one thing, the game was already running and could not join.
Why is unibet making fun of/trolling players by giving them a ticket they cannot use? Is it fun or something?
I'm online daily and I know I didn't receive this ticket earlier. I checked the client and noticed the date-time
and indeed it was sent night time. Was not even aware of it. Such tickets should be given days earlier so we know that there's a game coming. No email.. no notifications in the game, nothing.
I feel like this is just ridiculous. It's almost as good as... "Hey look we have a party and you are welcome to join.. oh damn the party already started and you can't come anymore but hey.. you can look at the ticket".
All I can say is that I thought Unibet was a fun play to play poker & casino games at,
but now I'm definitely going to stick to stars only.
Such trolls are really unacceptable and stupid, especially to do it on xmas 24 december.
I noticed more complaints about this on the unibet community forum but decided to post it here instead.

^ It clearly can't have been intentional, what would they have to gain from doing that?

Besides I got mine around four hours before the tourney started.
