Half and half I'd guess. Loading time could be your end, the queue size is probably a .com issue as it'll service a lot more territories I would think. Both address resolve to the same IP block so they're hosted from he same place.

- I just received the 10€ SNG-Ticket and wanted to know, if maybe it is possible to split it in 5x2€ SNG-Tickets.
- Also I have a pending bonus (200€) and will not be able to clear it in time (although I play daily, but apparently it is difficult on the lowest lvl's). Is it possible to give me more time on the bonus (as well as on the bonus-freerolls?)

IMHO it's legitimate to only want to play 100BB poker. Same as if I win a 10 euro SNG I am ok to just buy-back in to another 10 euro SNG - I don't have to take my winnings to 25 euro SNG and play a kind of "double or nothing".

Had anyone had connection issues tonight?I was doing my SNG mission and lost 2 tourneys because my connection failed for 10 minutes...0/6 in the money tonight.10 € ticket not worth a shot I guess.

I've had trouble getting onto the client tonight, taken me 5 attempts. I kept getting a blank box with a thumbs up in the bottom right hand corner come up after logging in, had to keep restarting the client.

On a completely separate point, is there any chance of the Double Trouble freerolls running slightly later than 6pm GMT? Really makes it difficult for anyone in the UK who works to be able to play it, I'm either going to have to trust mobile coverage or just lose the ticket.

There must be others in a similar boat? Even running both freerolls an hour later - 7pm GMT for Double Trouble and 8pm for Super Double Trouble would surely only increase the numbers entering the tourneys.

It has now been a week since I lost a buy-in due to Unibet no Fold button bug. I have not been refunded. Heck, I haven't got any e-mail reply yet despite sending 3 e-mails.

I think we're getting closer, hopefully the release next week improves things further.

This has gone pretty well so far. NL400 isn't down at all, though PL400 is. Total number of hands at our highest stakes has increased.

I agree with your point, but there's no real way to award different points per stake per Challenge with the way we're set up at the moment. There're quite a few Challenges that work the other way round too - e.g. '3 bet when you are in the bb and win the hand', or 'win a hand postflop when you have worse than one pair' etc, where they're probably completed faster at high stakes than low.

This was on purpose. A lot of casual players are scared of playing too deep. Having it set this way does not change anyone's EV in cash games assuming everyone is of equal skill.

But we're going to change it so that you can rathole > 100bb, but not under. This is one of those things that's been on the list of improvements for quite a long time, but 2.0 stuff had to take priority. I hope we'll have this relatively soon though.

I'd like to add a second DT/SDT each week, perhaps on Saturdays at a different time. There're people who can't make Tuesdays, and people who can't make 6pm GMT etc. We'd do it so that no extra DT/SDT tickets are awarded, just that we'd have twice as many tournaments. We'd need to get a bit bigger for that to be economical though.

My "Reach the turn when it comes an ace" counter in 5 seat sit & goes seems to be stuck. I interpreted the way it's worded as get to a flop that contains an ace then get to the turn, but the counter isn't going up so I'm guessing the turncard has to be the ace?

Yeah, the turn has to be an A.

You guys really need to fix tournament lobbies. If i play a sattelite i have to know all the way to the bubble how many players are left and to know that i have to restart my client all the time.
