This is unfortunate, I just signed up today about to deposit and technical errors stopping me from logging in. Not sure I want to continue with this tbh, never had this problem with any other site (technical errors this bad).

I am seeing if there's anything that we can do about it. If we can't, we'll figure out a way to do something at a later date.

sorry if it seems like theres constant moans about things.

I regged for the freeroll when the reg opened. went away and returned for it starting. logged onto client expecting the table to launch but nothing, so I try to open tourney lobby to manually launch but the main menu and also the full schedule lobby are both showing white dots spinning around suggesting things are loading. this is also happening when I tried the browser version. have also logged off and tried again but am getting the same results.

any ideas?

i can open cash tables no problem but the tourneys seem screwed up somehow

Hi Andrew, i registered for the 10000Euro freeroll, table opened , but it was all white. Waited a bit, decided to logout and back in.
My table won't open and i can not enter the tournament lobby(???).
Can you fix this ? i would like to play. I have not played much at Unibet past week , because i had some bugs, and freezing of software, disconnects, etcetera. Hope Unibet will fix everything soon, because the bugs, freezes already costed me some money, and i am at the point withdrawing entire bankroll(which is a shame because i like what Unibet stands for).

Logged in, tourney lobby wasnt working for a while but could register anyway for 10k freeroll eventho its been running for 20min lol

Edit, missed some posts lol, took a while after registering to get seated so need to be patient.

Why do u put a cap on a mission freeroll btw?

I got in, reg'd early. But table is freezing all around, also software crashed few minutes ago, lobby did not refresh or show any relevant information no matter what. And it looks like many other players seems constantly time-outting in my table / being in sit-out.

And I'm not even playing in any other tables except 1 in Stars and not even trying to open HEM2 while Unibet is open.

And while I feel for all players who came up later when 2k players was reached, I think it is very bad disinformation for those who registered earlier to tell about 2000 players cap (means 5€ value for each) and then remove the player cap.
