Considering the problems that arise when introducing a new version, wouldn't it be an idea to test it first on a small pool of regs before implementing it on the entire player pool? Maybe in return for some bonus or something (if you decide to go for such a solution I keep myself recommended for the test pool).

Regarding the football slots promo, maybe next time you guys have such a thing running you could try to give prices for games that you want to get running. Right now you guys are trying to get the 4 dollar sng's going, I think it would have helped if they were incorporated in the promo.

Same for me. First at 16:40 but for just 2 minutes, after was good. Then at 16:47 and after a 2 minutes was good again, and last at 16:56 until that time 17:51 and now I restarted the client. I'm using 1.5.

Also, I'm currently on you Major challenge of Q J 10 flops, of which I have to make 10. I'm currently into day 3 of multi-tabling for several hours and still yet to achieve one. Just played a short session: No problems whatsoever.

Short session is not enough. I realized, that always needs at least almost an hour to run into this bug.

Not able to join tables at the moment due to a technical error despite the fact that I am playing two cashtables at the very same moment.

I play on a PC and using version 1.5.

As a female poker player I can say that you will probably get more serious female players who will spend serious money on your site if you take women seriously.

Putting big busted, scantily clad women on your site as avatars will not send a positive message to any of the women I know poker players or not.

I have not yet visited your site and was excited to do so until I got to this post. I am still curios and will take a look to see what you have decided to go with in terms of your representation of women on your site.

At any rate, good luck to you all. It seems you have put a ton of hard work into this site and I hope you are as successful as you are enthusiastic about it.

BTW Today I played fast holdem 0,02/0,04 and in one hand there was a minor bug, I didn´t see big blind on the table (small blind 0,02 was there and BB 0,04 wasn´t) but it was only in one hand...nothing serious (Client v1.6 , Windows 8.1)

I'm a "recreational" poker player and I enjoy playing at Unibet Poker. The possibility to change my alias (and have multiple ones at the same time) is great. Also the challenges are quite nice.

I wish there were more PLO tournaments with added value. €10 buy-in for a tourney with €50 guaranteed isn't that tempting. The player pool in the PLO cash games seems also quite small.

A humble request: Would it be possible to swap my Unibet Open tickets (1 x €50, 4 x €1) to SNG or regular tourney tickets. My current alias is foxtrotzer0.

Hi andrew, I like the site but customer service is very poor. I had many 1 euro tickets which were amalgamated to a higher value ticket as a one off. I have over 20 again but they will not amalgamate them. I cannot ask to change to unibet tickets as i have already won a package. I have asked them to give the sng ticket money to charity but that's also a no no. I am playing approx 8 hrs per day min 3 tables cash games plus tournyes. I do not want to play 1 euro sng and even if i did the software keeps coming up with technical errors. I have given up and asked to close my account. But this causes another problem. Along with the 1 euro tickets i have many mtt tickets as well as a 25 unibet and a 250 ticket. I am supposed to lose these to close account. I cannot play the unibet tickets until after cannes. ( cannot win more than 1 package )

I think I've said a few times - this kind of thing takes time. If I get any time this week, I'll have a look. There have been a lot of tournaments added lately and there should be a few more in the next couple of days. One of the additions is ante tournaments where the blinds don't rise but the antes do.

I'm afraid we don't have the ability to change the Challenge. I've requested that it be built, but I think it may be a while until that's done. It SHOULD take you 10,560 hands unless you run really bad.

I did an interview a couple of weeks ago where I didn't get my point across very well on this - my aim is to make poker fun for everyone.

I'm going to have another look at the MTT schedule when I get the chance. Another guy in the team here is going to have a look too. I'm interested in the idea of guarantees as I don't know how much they drive traffic, or which sizes matter.

For cash games, PLO is growing. We did a rake race in May and after the race finished, traffic was up by more than a third. We're making as much from PLO today as we ever did on MGS, which is quite interesting as I expected it to be way lower due to the limited liquidity.

I think that PLO cash will continue to grow and it's something we'd like to encourage.

Sure - I killed 4x €1 UBO and credited 4x €1 SNG. I'm not sure what you'd prefer with the €50 UBO so I credited 5x €10 SNG. Let me know if you'd prefer another denomination.

They may not, but I will. Could you post your alias or PM me your login name please? Basically it becomes a problem for us if it becomes too widespread. Aside from it taking a lot of my time (which it doesn't yet), we also lose money because we expect a certain percentage of tickets to expire. A lot of the reason that we give out fairly varied tickets is that we have causal data that say people stay for longer if they try lots of game types.

The long term solution to this is to have some form of bonus funds and let players "buy" tickets from them. We can then dynamically reduce prices on whatever game we want a specific player to try, amongst other things.
