Well hello there stranger and welcome to my post, this is going to be one of those long posts so buckle up and get ready for a ride.
The main objective of this post is simply to get your opinion if im being fairly treated, english is not my first language as i am from
Iceland so there will be many spelling error´s and lot to point out to me that is wrong. But that´s fine with me and the first person
to point them out wins a prize (A VIRTUAL HIGH FIVE) nice aint it?

To sum it up i´ll tell you the main plot and you can decide if you want to follow the storyline if you want. My pokerstars account
just re-opend after a 2 month exclution that i used. In the meantime i had been playing on party poker and live so i had been
away from all the non stop action you get when you play at stars. I was having a not so good day but i decided to play a few tourny´s
i was playing on 2-3 tables at most and i played for less then a hour, i was not playing at my best so i witnessed more action then
you do playing on party and live in 2 months. So what happent was, i kinda lost my kewl for about one hour and i sent 3 e-mails
to support that i shouldn´t had. Nothing obscene or sick, just the standard "how is it possible to get this many bad beats"
"please take me of the **** this person list that im on" "there is clearly something wrong with my account" you know the "normal"
how can i be soo unlucky blablabla.

So what happens next is i get a e-mail saying that since i had sent them a post like this one a few years back that they would
not read any further posts i write them and complain about the bad beats, at this point everything is fine, my account is still open
and they simply said they will assist me with everything else but they will never again respond to a post like the one i just sent them.

Ok, your still here and reading this, 2 points for you.
This is where i make the mistake, i felt bad about sending those 3 posts so i sent them a appoligy e-mail, when i finished doing that
i did a even bigger mistake, i decided to send them another e-mail further explaining why i lost it.(this is a no no)
I told them about my illness, (I have a borderline personality disorder combined with post traumatic distress and high anxiety plus depression.)
Simply said i have had a sick life and it has **** on me pretty bad, and i escaped life by being a junkie for 20 years. But now im
sober and on medication for my illness.

Once i had sent that e-mail, i got a responce saying i had been forwarded to responsible playing and my account was under review.
From that point i answerd all there questions and they ignored all my responses, and a long story short, they closed my account
to protect me from myself.

And as a added bonus if you continue to read this e-mail, There is a bonus game called who is right "ME" "STARS" or "SHARKSCOPE".

So let´s begin the 3troll-email i sent and the one i got back.

That´s true you already have done all that on multiple occasions, i do appoligize for my outburst. At the moment im going through heavy medication to balance myself and sometimes i just loose it. And previusly i used to be a drug addict and i was out of it most of the time.

Sorry i should have explained it bit better. I have a few mental disorders that i don´t know how to pronounce in English. I´m just reading through what i said and it´s quite disturbing what i wrote, it is clearly all my fault just going through what i played and i can easily see that the problem is hand selection and a few other things. Sorry again for the outburst, this happens about once every week for me at the moment, me writing someone and appoligizing for my behavior. I really shouldn´t be playing at all until i get some balance on the medication that im on.

Support has always been real nice to me and i even remember that it was you that sent me e-mail´s before when i lost it.
You don´t deserve this type of behavior from my behalf.

This doesn´t affect my decision making it just makes it easier for me to go on tilt. And the simple way to prevent that in the future is simply by playing on days that i know that im alright.

Really appriciate your concern but this is something i can handle and easily avoid happening in the future. Just by making sure i don´t play on my bad days. And i don´t have a gambling problem, i actually make a good side salary from playing live and on partypoker.

1. I lost control of my temper and im truly sorry about that and that´s why i sent the explanation and apologized for my outburst.
2. The financial situation of my gambling is mine, if it was something i would worry about then i would simply exclude myself from the site.
3. Asking me if im aware that i have sent e-mails before and if i know how much i have spent is insulting as your suggesting that i don´t know.
4. We are in a loop right now, i´m saying everything is fine and im truly sorry for my outburst and i promised it would be my last.
5. Instead of sending 1 e-mail a day asking me 1-2 things why don´t you just send a list of things that you want to know and i will gladly answer them.

I have told you numerous times that this is not having a negative impact on my life but you are talking to me like a degenarate gamble who can´t conrol himself. These are isolated incidents. I have been playing on your site for 7 years now.
I seriously doubt that you haven´t dealt with persons when they go on tilt, I didn´t even say anything bad towards you or call out names or something sick like that. I lost it for a hour, and i have been having a civilized conversation with support
for more then 5 days now.

They are allowed to do that. In fact, they are encouraged to do so by the authorities that regulate them. If the "responsible gambling" team believe you have a problem, they can and will close your account to do exactly what you said: protect you from yourself.
I'm sure you found their decision upsetting or even demeaning, but there's not a lot you can do about it. Since you've admitted to several "mistakes", I'm inclined to think that they may well have done you a favour.

Yes i clearly need help from myself, i have lost 2 and a half months worth of salary over the span of 7 years according to there records.

They will never allow you to open an account there again. If you manage to circumvent their security measures, they will confiscate all of your funds before before you even think about cashing out.

Odd case that's not really black and white.

Stars has no business asking about your mental disorders and unless pokerstars has a medical doctor on staff then they are in no position to assess your medical situation.
Having said that they are a business so they have the right to deny your business. Furthermore if they had a doc on staff then he would likely agree with their ruling.

I wish you all the best and advise you to play low stake Sngs on a different site to make the bad beats not seem so harsh.

Hand 1 is bounty builder tourny, from what i have learned from lex spraggy fintan and jeff, that what i did would be called a standard isolation bet.

2nd hand, i have holdem manager 2 and notecaddy and that perticular person had been playing 90% of the hands jamming with air, i thought i was dead when the person behind me called but luckily he had a10.

Hand 3 , same had notes and a read on the person, and again it was a bounty builder.

Hand 4, yes i understand the variance in hyper, it was just a exsample of the day i was having, where my + hands where loosing vs any 2.

And no i don´t think my play was any good that day, like i explained i was having a bad day and my play was terrible , don´t deny that.

And the hidden thing that you talk about that stars has against me is simply, the second i mentioned that i had a disorder they ignored all my responses and kicked me for having a disorder.

If you had read the post the you would see that i said that i had **** day, playing bad, no denying that. What i don´t understand is why you would even bother replying to this post

It is an injustice that you got banned.

You were being erratic and volunteering information about your mental instability but they should have been stoked to take your money and set themselves up for future headaches from you in the future.

Actually, I know a little bit about the rules and regulations because I've been in a similar situation to the one you've found yourself in. Sites that are licenced to operate in the UK in particular are obliged to report and restrict customers that appear to be mentally unstable or are making "too many" deposits. Even admitting that you are depressed (which is probably 95% of poker players!) can raise flags in the RG department. They have that weird slogan "When the fun stops, stop", so if you say "I'm not having fun" or "I'm tilted as ****" on a forum, there's a chance your account will get locked.
The sites might be quite heavy-handed in dealing with their "responsible gaming" obligations, and it's obviously deeply annoying to be treated like a child, but the rules are the rules. After an outburst like yours, they usually offer you a cooling off period (i.e. a temp ban of a month or two), but it sounds like yours needs to be permanent, as you're still coming across as very angry.

It is truly not my intention to come across as angry at all. Even through all those e-mails i was honestly trying to be as polite as i could. Well except those first 3 where i was tilting.. The part about giving me a cooling off period, the second i told them i had a disorder they just stop listening to me and treat me like i have no rights at all playing on there site.

Everything was fine untill i mentioned the disorder.

Honestly if it looks like im angry then it´s just being lost in translation, as i said english is not my first language, and i have been told we Icelandic people come off as harsh or rude when we speak or write english. There are legal obligations. If you would be allowed to play, you too could sue them and often win the case. The site's best EV move is to get rid of you. Talking about a gambling problem alone will get the account permanently closed.

Since the thread title is fair or not, I am curious if you feel YOU are being treated fairly or unfairly in this thread.

I don´t think im being treated unfairly in this thread , people have there own opinions and the reason why i put up this thread is to hear them.
