sorry im new here and have no idea where i should post this.

my story:

i did open an account at the beginning of the year on tigergaming.
i made a deposit of 1k usd and started grinding mainly husngs.i wasnt winning much,but won pretty consistent and made a few cashouts too.

when i wanted to request another cashout of 1k,they said my account is under a routine investigation.that was 1 month ago.

at first they said it takes up to 72hrs and they will send me an email with details.in fact i never recieved an email with infos,they just told me one time after a week or 2,that the investigation still is going on and i have to wait.

i then revieved another email from support about a week ago to send some documents for verification.i sent them and didnt get an answer again.but these 2 emails i got nothing official from tigergaming and i can only contact them per livechat in which they only tell me i have to wait for email.

the strange thing is:

-the few days before the investigation started i had an upswing playing several regs at husng and everything was fine until i requested a cashout.

-my account isnt blocked and im still able to play!they just dont let me cashout-and cashouts take way too long anyway with 1 cashout request possible per week!

for me it seems like they just waited until i have a larger sum on my account and now hold back my money for no reason.

i did nothing forbidden-i have nothing to do with bots,vpn or whatever.im playing 100% honest with no helpingtools at all(pt4 on other sites,but thats nor working on chico anyway)

what can i do?they have around 6k usd from me...contact a lawyer?

im happy with any sort of help,even if u only tell me who to contact with that!

You're playing 90% against bots and people cheating in HUSNG. So beating them at that clip demands an investigation from them. Just wait it out.imo.

I had exact same issue 2-3 years ago. Was grinding 100-200 hypers and top of the leaderboard and I think got your same email.

I did take to twitter and have some high follower accounts retweet it, so it's hard to say if that had any affect.

However, at a seemingly random time with poor communication, they finally accepted my withdraw request.

So, that being said, if you were actually weren't doing anything sketch, I think there insanely high likelihood you'll get paid.

To add further, there were 2-3 groups of 3-4 guys that would share lobby and battle for time slots. Eventually some bots did show up as previous poster mentioned. I haven't been keeping up as much with the ecosystem in chico. There was some sketch 6m hyper cheating ring on at the time, and I'm not sure how they dealt with it - but I wouldn't be surprised if a reg group reported you for bot play since egos are fragile.

yes im pretty sure that some of the regs reported me,but how can it take over a month to make sure im not botting!?

since a few days i also cant request a cashout anymore,it says i should contact support via email-where i dont get any answer ofc

I have the same issue. Started on chico at the end of 2019, payouts were always fine, but 11 days ago I requested a new payout and my account got locked and that I should contact support.

Support told me: "Poker reviews are normally 72 hours. Kindly allow sometime, once this has been reviewed your would be emailed and notified when to request a withdrawal. Whenever there is a huge amount won in poker, the funds goes under poker review before withdrawals."

- I play HUSNGs and had a recent upswing aswell
- Never used a VPN or any kind of software
- My account is locked and I can´t even log in
- They are holding about $6k

I´ve contacted support few times already and they said that it shouldn´t take this long, yet here we are, 11 days later, and without any change.

absolutely correct the husngs are filled with bots and ive always wondered if the site was in on it because of how blatantly obvious they were.
