Hello. My nickname is 'schoolfriend' , and i am playing on BetOnline.

I am from Russia , Moscow. I never played from another country, but i used VPN UK LONDON with program 'hide my ass', because my internet provider blocked betonline client. Support allowed me use VPN , i can prove this.

I was banned 18 of july because of 'chipdamping'. It's totally ridiculous because it doesn't make any sense to do it in HU SNG. HU SNG is ONLY type of game I played! Also i've never broken any rules of your site.

On my account there are about $1.7k + points. Please help to restore justice

UPD. Due to Gipsyteam topic, significant amount of russian HU SNG and cash regs were banned for the "Chipdumping". However, it's possible, that there was an error in Chico security system work, Gipsyteam representatives are trying to solve the situation.
Seems like a pretty big error. If you could keep this thread updated with any response from the Gipsyteam representatives that would be much appreciated.

Let me get this straight. If you win too much, you're likely to be accused of cheating/botting, and if you lose too much, you're likely to be accused of "chip dumping".

I'm not sure how you've come to that conclusion. Some of these guys in here were certainly winning and are accused of chip-dumping. Where are we seeing anyone get an email about them botting?

My nickname is Fallujah, whom they seized 55k. Before was playing on Betonline under nickname Allegaeon. If there are some other regs who plays 500-2k NL cash games there, hope they can tell that I'm not an any sort of cheater, especially a chipdumper. Similar IP connections they saw with a player Gambino, but I played with that guy very rare. Also there is no sense to chimpdump when you are winning high stakes cash player and you have a large balance which could be confiscated as we can see even without any violation of rules. Also they have deposit/withdraw via crypto so I can't see any sense in chipdumping there.

My affilate contacted their manager and he said that he will check this issue, so waiting for his reply now.

We had a player a few months ago who was also banned under same circumstances - for chip dumping.

After a while they returned his funds to Skrill. I guess that's what they do when they technically can't stop regs from reopening accounts under different names after being locked for "bumhunting".

They scare off other newcomers. I expect them to return the money. Anyway, it makes sense to follow what they want us to do and avoid the network from now on.

Too many players now accused of chip-dumping. Something weird is going on. The only pattern I see you are all from Eastern Europe and have used VPN a few times.

It means they think you may have broke the rules in some way. Personally I don't believe most of you posting in here were knowingly breaking any rules. I think the use of a VPN is the most likely cause of all these issues and if you were told that you could use it then they should reinstate your accounts. At the very least they should let you all cash out.

Since they have been banned have the HUsngs still been populated with new botters or are they actually monitoring the games now?
I never said they were banned. They control all 7-15$ lobbies and 30$ super turbo now.

If there's smoke, there's fire, boys. No one should be playing on any of the TigerGaming sites. I never have, and never will.

Too bad RIO won't serve the US . Nothing but a bunch of crooks and anonymous tables out hurr.

Fwiw, I played in chico for around 6-8 months.
I always had to use VPN to loging (my government blocked access) and one time I wanted to withdraw my account, they asked why I used VPN? I explained and cashed out.
Same thing happened with ACR regarding VPN.
As far as I know they don't care about using VPN.
But all the seized accounts being specifically from Russia,Ukraine and Belarus (which we all know they don't have the best reputation when it comes to following the rules at online poker, along side China) raises suspession.
Note: not saying all the named countries are cheatets! Most of the regs at online poker are from these countries! Just saying when botting/cheating happens you will hear one of these countries more than others...

I too believe it is sone kind of error in detection... They are apparently applying new security measure that is giving out a lot of false positives. ..

Bad news. It's not a mistake of a new security system, Most likely, Chico wanted to ban these players. No evidence was provided, no reasonable dialogue was conducted. They don't want to explain anything.

Gipsyteam is closing Chico deals temporary and recommends everybody not to have significant funds in Chico network poker rooms.

Thanks for the update. I wish they would provide a reason with evidence or at least have a representative from the network come in here and address the situation. I'm not very optimistic that either of those things will happen.

Topic starter got his money back.

However, Chico definitely has problems with funds reserved for cashouts. sometimes they don't have money on Skrill, sometimes on Neteller. That's why there might be issues with withdrawal speed. As far as I know, WPN has been struggling with same difficulty for a long time now.

Also, HU SNG bots are expanding their will over the lobby. They control 7-60$ Hypers, 7-15$ Regspeeds and 7-30$ Turbos.

Thanks again for the updates. Was the thread starter the only one to receive funds back or did some of these other posters in this thread get funds back too?

If they did receive their money back, they didn't let the community know about this. A couple of guys wrote that they were still ignored by the Chico support though.
